★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah bayar mahal tapi penjaga kost gak ramah, baru pindah kesana tapi barang gak dibawain, pager gak dibukain. Selain itu penjaganya jarang ada di tempatnya sehingga kesulitan setiap kali hendak meminta tolong. Tidak responsif.
Kost exclusive tapi pelayanan nol besar?
Cara bicara penjaga kost seperti hendak mengajak ribut, seperti tidak bisa menghargai orang lain. Sama tamu pun tidak ramah?
Parkir mobil pun terbatas, jika mobil anda menghalangi jalan keluar mobil lain, anda harus siap dibangunkan pagi2 sekali. Sangat mengganggu kenyamanan, kenapa tidak inisiatif meminta kunci mobil sedari awal, daripada membangunkan di pagi buta? Penjaga kost terlalu malas?
Saya sangat tidak merekomendasi utk ngekost disini, pun menginap perhari (hotel). Masih banyak kost/hotel yg menawarkan harga lebih murah dan pelayanan yg luar biasa, daripada di tempat ini.
Ayo pertimbangkan keputusan anda jika tidak ingin menyesal.

Exclusive boarding house but great zero service?
The way the boarding house keeper talks is like trying to make a fuss, like he can't respect other people. The same guests are not friendly?
Car parking is also limited, if your car blocks the way out of other cars, you have to be ready to be woken up early in the morning. Very annoying, why not take the initiative to ask for car keys from the start, instead of waking up in the early morning? Boarding guards are too lazy?
I really do not recommend boarding here, even staying overnight (hotel). There are still many boarding houses / hotels that offer cheaper prices and extraordinary service, than in this place.
Come on, consider your decision if you don't want to regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penjaga kos nya ramah , kamar bersih , kos nya nyaman , cuma memang susah banget sinyal nya , kadang pake wifi jam 9 malam ke atas susah bgt sinyal nya pending . Kebersihan lingkungan nya oke .
The boarding housekeeper is friendly, the rooms are clean, the boarding house is comfortable, it's just that the signal is really difficult, sometimes using wifi at 9 pm and above, it's really hard to have the signal pending. The cleanliness of the environment is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teras merapi sebenarnya tempatnya bagus, akan tetapi penjaga kosnya aja yang ngeselin.
Penjaga kos yang tiap pagi atau siang itu, yang kurus, rambut putih udah tua. Selain itu mah baik-baik aje.
Saya benar-benar kecewa. Penjaga kos sangat tidak ramah. Sampai-sampai ada abang" shopee food yang chat saya ketika hendak mengantar makanan ke kost, dia bilang "yang jaga kaya tengik".
Saya dalam hati ketawa karena memang demikian yang saya rasakan.
Teras merapi bakal jadi sempurna kalau gaada penjaga kos yang kurus" itu. Banyak juga teman" saya yang bilang kalau penjaga kos itu ngeselin, banyak yang menyarankan untuk pindah dari pada disitu urusannya ribet.
Jujur ya tempatnya aja yang bagus dan nyaman, tapi pelayanannya nol. Penjaganya selalu bikin tidak tenang, tidak ramah. Penjaga yang saya maksud disini ya itu yang kurus rambut putih udah tua itu.
Penjaga kos lainnya PERTAHANKAN!!!
Kalau malam ada bapak-bapak yang agak gemuk itu pertahankan, pelayanan dia sangatlah baik, setiap brrtemu dan ngobrol suasana hati tenang, kalau ada kesulitan selalu dibantu. Terus kalau siang mas-mas itu juga baik, tidak ribet, itu anaknya yang rambut putih tua itu.

The Merapi terrace would be perfect if there were no skinny boarding housekeepers. Many of my friends also said that the boarding house keeper was annoying, many suggested moving away from there, the business was complicated.
Honestly, the place is just nice and comfortable, but the service is zero. The guard always makes you uneasy, unfriendly. The guard I mean here is the thin, old white hair.
Other cost keeper KEEP UP!!!
If at night there are gentlemen who are a bit fat, keep it, his service is very good, every time you meet and chat, the mood is calm, if there is a problem, you are always helped. Then when the afternoon is also good, it's not complicated, it's his son with old white hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar nya bersih fasilitas lengkap , penjaga kos baik , pagi pagi sudah membersihkan kos , penjaga kos dari pagi sampai malam tetep ada kalo mau masuk keluar gerbang sering dibukain juga ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost nyaman dengan staff pengurus yang ramah dan memadai semua kebutuhan. Saya tinggal di sini selama setahun dan tidak ada masalah serius selama menjadi anak kost.
Kelebihan:
- Fasilitas dalam kamar lengkap. Pada saat masuk hanya harus bawa barang-barang pribadi. Layout kamar juga sangat modern dan space-saving untuk yang punya banyak barang bawaan;
- Keamanan terjamin karena ada security 24 jam. Pagar selalu tertutup rapat kecuali di jam-jam tertentu saat banyak aktivitas keluar-masuk lingkungan kost;
- Tenaga kebersihan (Ibu Yuli) selalu siap untuk membersihkan kamar (free of charge) apabila diminta. Sampah di luar kamar setiap hari diambil rutin;
- Water pressure dan heater di kamar mandi sangat baik;
- Wifi selalu kooperatif, tidak pernah bermasalah kecuali saat maintenance jaringan sesekali;
- Lokasi kost sangat strategis. Dekat dengan rumah makan, burjo, tempat laundry, minimarket (semua within walking distance). Sekitar 2 km dari Hartono Mall;
- Manajemen kost (Mas Agung) sangat responsif terhadap kritik dan saran.
Kekurangan:
- Lahan parkir agak sempit, baik motor maupun mobil terkadang sulit mendapat space, terutama saat sedang banyak tamu;
- Pintu-pintu utama yang menggunakan access card seringkali tidak tertutup rapat sehingga semua orang bisa masuk tanpa kartu (mungkin ini karena alasan efisiensi juga). Ada satu lock system pintu yang rusak di lantai 2;
- Air terkadang kuning dan berbau, sehingga harus sering dikuras oleh penjaga kost. Beberapa kali pipa saluran sempat tersumbat;
- Dapur hanya ada satu untuk seluruh kost, terletak di lantai 3. Ada biaya tambahan untuk penggunaan dapur rutin (10 ribu);
- Di belakang kost persis ada masjid, jadi sering bising saat jam solat dan jika ada les ngaji untuk anak-anak dan sebagainya;
- Fasilitas laundry yang diberikan kost menurut saya kurang bersih, saya memilih untuk laundry di tempat lain;
- Penjaga kost sering tidak ada di tempat sehingga sulit untuk dimintai tolong atau mengurus perpanjangan dsb.
Mudah-mudahan membantu teman-teman yang berminat kost di Teras Merapi.
The boarding house is comfortable with friendly management staff and adequate for all needs. I lived here for a year and there were no serious problems while I was a boarding house child.
Excess:
- Complete in-room facilities. At the time of entry only have to bring personal belongings. The room layout is also very modern and space-saving for those who have a lot of luggage;
- Security is guaranteed because there is 24 hour security. The fence is always tightly closed except at certain hours when there is a lot of activity in and out of the boarding house environment;
- The cleaning staff (Mrs. Yuli) is always ready to clean the room (free of charge) if requested. Garbage outside the room is taken routinely every day;
- Water pressure and heater in the bathroom is very good;
- Wifi is always cooperative, never a problem except during occasional network maintenance;
- The location of the boarding house is very strategic. Close to restaurants, burjo, laundry, minimarket (all within walking distance). About 2 km from Hartono Mall;
- Boarding management (Mas Agung) is very responsive to criticism and suggestions.
Deficiency:
- Parking space is a bit narrow, both motorbikes and cars sometimes find it difficult to get space, especially when there are many guests;
- The main doors that use access cards are often not closed tightly so that everyone can enter without a card (perhaps this is for efficiency reasons too). There was one broken door lock system on the 2nd floor;
- The water is sometimes yellow and smelly, so it must be drained frequently by the boarding house keeper. Several times the drain pipe was clogged;
- There is only one kitchen for the entire boarding house, located on the 3rd floor. There is an additional fee for routine kitchen use (10 thousand);
- Behind the boarding house there is a mosque, so it is often noisy during prayer hours and if there are Koran lessons for children and so on;
- The laundry facilities provided by the boarding house are not clean in my opinion, I choose to do laundry elsewhere;
- The boarding house keeper is often not available so it is difficult to ask for help or arrange extensions etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to sleep, but some minors found. The room kinda smelly, I couldnt use card access, the battery on door panel is empty. The water heater became slowly cold after several minutes. My room was 211, period of stay between February 3rd 2022 - March 3rd 2022
