★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last February we rented 1 unit with 3 BRs through one apartment rental platform. Compared to other apartments which are both 3BRs, this is the most spacious and comfortable unit at an affordable price, maybe because it is an old building (but the interior of our unit has been renovated to be modern minimalist). Inside the unit is complete with stove and cooking utensils, cutlery, rice cooker as well as refrigerator and washing machine (unfortunately it is broken).
The location is strategic near the Karawaci roundabout, the view from our unit is towards Lippo. Across the road are the Taman Sari and Benton Junction areas which are within walking distance.
My kids and I like to stroll around the afternoon, either inside the apartment complex (large outdoor parking area and lots of trees) or along the road to Lippo, also renting an electric scooter. Very refreshing experience!
