★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice cozy apartement in South Jakarta. Has a nice well maintained swimming pool, a gym, a multifunction room, a mini market. and nice apartements. The apartement has two enterances, one is from the Dr. Soepomo, the other one is from the back. Though having two enterances the back enterance closes at 10PM. Gamya Taxis are possible to be ordered from the lobby. Enjoy :)

Decent shopping malls around , within 10 min range (without traffic )
Excellent management, will help you as much as it's possible. Circle K on ground floor, and Gamya taxi can be ordered from lobby, right next main entrance. Apartment bagus sekali.

This apartement is nice and clean, the public facility you can see the garden, toilet, waiting room, receptionist, main lobby, etc. This is the one of a good Apartement, so good for investment or living too. For your info, range pricing for 1 unit in here is from 2,5 - 4 Billion Rupiah, for rent pricing range from 10 - 20 Million per month. The unit all full furnished. In the lobby you can see Soerabaja Cafe, Circle K market also.
