pros:
great rooms, aircon worked perfectly, decent room interior but looked nice
cons:
only 1 guest elevator available and small parking area.
repeat again? 60% yes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our honest impressions from our 2 nights stay at this hotel are :
+ hospitality, most of their staff are friendly
+ stable wifi connection
+ breakfast
+ value for money
- narrow parking spaces (even on low season)
- the room floor was not that clean enough
- we booked for 2 nights but somehow our room card were deactivated on the second night so we had to ask receptionist to activate it again. What we don't like is, the staff assume that we stayed for only 1 night (how can people use assumption when the booking are all clear thru system? Clearly we booked and pay for 2 nights)
- at the time we checked-in we bring many item & luggages but no initiatives from their staff except when we asked for help by using concierge staff.
- narrow lift & only 1 lift to accomodate several floors (hard to imagine during high season).
- they provided many hand sanitizer in several spots but the health protocol were inconsistent, i.e few staff did not put their mask on when giving car key to us.
- At the time we arrived it was 4 PM, i tried to do check-in but the security staff insisted to park the car using valet (since the parking lot was full), it's not a good first impression when we have not do check-in & take out our luggages from the car.
Overall, there are positive sides as i mentioned above, but there are also improvement needs to be done. If you don't bring your own vehicle and doesn't bring a lot of items/luggages, this hotel is value for money. During pandemic it is not recommended to stay at this hotel as it only have 1 lift, especially high season.
