★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time visiting Mercure, but already 3 times stay at Ibis. But this time is disappointing, first booking 4 room but many problems found on this hotel from no safety deposit box on one of room and after complaining they installed and still not work, exhaust fan not works on all room, TV is not clear and after technician comes but still not solved, shower curtain is dirty and shower is dirty so the water is not smooth running. Second day I ask for change room but once again no improvement found, from exhaust fan not works, tv not clear, shower curtain dirty, shower not clean. It is very disappointing ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my first experience staying at the grand mercure jogja hotel, the place is in the middle of the city. close to a shopping center, the facilities are complete, and i tried the spa treatment, i took the 90 minute treatment, the therapist was friendly, and the service was very satisfying. hopefully tomorrow i can stay again in this hotel.thanks u ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with several beautiful spots of Yogyakarta. I had a spacious clean room with complete facilities. The food was variety from western to traditional. All tasted delicious unless the porridge that tasted too liquid. Staying here, you could find several good restos and shopping malls nearby. Love to come here someday...

Clean rooms, great staff with great hospitality, helpful driver and quick laundry service.
The air conditioning is cool and the bedroom is comfy enough to rest after work.

But I think they forgot to recognize my status, didn’t get any welcome drink vouchers or info that i can get welcome drink as a platinum member, and this is the first mercure that didn’t give the welcome amenities like fruit basket, or anything, usually in others accor group they give you for platinum members. I don’t ask the staff because i want to see the initiative, but until the end of the stay, never received those thing. But overall nice stay

When I arrived at the reception, I was served very professionally by the receptionist named Pri. Provide information related to good tourist attractions and delicious culinary information. In addition, the cleanliness of the rooms is a positive added value for our impression of this hotel. Even at checkout, we were still served friendly by hotel employees. We are greeted every time we meet hotel employees. Very memorable at checkout, receptionist Yola said "See you again Mom, I hope you are always healthy"
