★ ★ ★ ★ ★ benar2 kecewa order tas yang dikirimkan tas deffect, setelah dilakukan pengembalian barang yg dikirim kembali tas penyok dikirim tdk pakai kardus, plastik pada kancing semuanya sdh terlepas, label tag pun sdh tidak ada. sampai sekarang dana refund belum dikirimkan. belum selesai permasalahan tas, saya order sepatu ditanggal 05/05/2023 smpai saat ini barang blm juga ada, pas ditelephone di CS infonya masih dalam pengemasan ? maksudnya apa ya ???? pembelian sdh hampir 2 minggu barang blum selesai di kemas?????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya memesan sepatu walcott/42 dari tgl 5 des, saya menunggu hingga lebih dari 10 hari dan berulang2 kali menelpon cs, dikatakan akan ditanyakan kpd pihak warehouse..ini hari ke 14 saya menunggu dan baru dikabari out of stock, tidak ada pengembalian dana, dikatakan bisa memilih jenis lain di website.. saya akhirnya kembali memilih, namun semua pilihan saya di ukura 42 sudah out of stock..mohon ditanggapi, saya ingin pengembalian dana, atau dikirimkan stock yg tersedia..saya cukup kecewa dg pelayanan di everbest..
I ordered Walcott/42 shoes from the 5th of December, I waited for more than 10 days and repeatedly called cs, it said it would be asked to the warehouse.. this is the 14th day I waited and was just told out of stock, no refund, it says that you can choose another type on the website.. I finally chose it again, but all of my choices in size 42 are out of stock..please respond, I want a refund, or send available stock..I am quite disappointed with the service at Everbest. .

I bought shoes everbest by online (by website), 8 days the item did not arrive, no confirmation / info. I repeatedly sent emails but there was no response, no telephone number could not be contacted. Very disappointing!!!

Bersedia masuk kerja di hari libur jika diperlukan, byk potongan gaji.
