sy cek in tgl 18/8/2028 sekitar jam 3.30-4pm di counter 83. Ketika sedang proses cek in tiba2 ada penumpang lain yg nyelonong dan dilayani staff sriwijaya yg harusnya giliran gw. . Itu penumpang diem aja permisi jg gak sm sy jadi sy bilangnke yg nyelonong itu, lu pernah ngantri ga sih? Dia diem aja, staff sriwijaya diem aja dan mrk berdua proses cek in dan keduanya gak ada yg permisi sm saya. Si nyelonong tiketnya kelar, si mba lanjutin urus tiket gw. Gw diemin, stlh proses cek in gw kela g tny ke mba staff sriwijaya. β€œ kok td gak tengahin atau permisi ke saya klo ada yg nyelak β€œ si mba ngeles lama bgt alesannya : sy gatau dia buru2, sy sibuk ngurusin tiket ibu juga dll dll. Muter2 ga jelas smp g makin emosi. Gatau si mba yg oon ga tau salah dia dimana , gatau sok gengsi ngaku salah. Bego kan. Sampe akhirnya gw dicolek org belakang krn dia mau cek in jg tp g bilang bentar g blm kelar urusan. Trs g musti kesel DAN bersabar utk jelsin pelan2 ky ngasi tau anak kecil. β€œ gw kan tamu lu. Klo ada yg nyelak lu musti pastiin ada yg permisi sm gua dong? Lu sama dia malah sama2 diem aja DI JAM NYA yg MuStInYa LU SERViS GW.. klo sampe ada yg nyelak knapa gada yg kasi tau gw atau permisi sm gw?? β€œ bengong. Musti g ulang lagi ngomong. Dia cengo, ga tau apa ga ngerti apa gmn. Musti gua ulang 2-3 kali smp akhirnya cuma bisa bilang β€œ maaf” g bilang β€œ thank you” . Itu manner basic why so stupid smp g musti jelasin ky emaknya dia cb ?? Plis pny staff training manner dan basic logic lah biar proses nya jg sama sama enak kan. Ps: si orang yg nyelak itu pasti pny alasan sendiri knp dy nyelak, tapi terlepas dr valid atau nggak tp masalahnya dy nyelonong ga pake permisi dan jelasin kepentingannya jg gak , gw tanya diem aja ky gw gak ada. Brengsek kan. Ps : selain diatas pswt telat hampir 2 jam tuj denpasar. Dikasih mkn hny roti isi selainnanas dan air plastik.
I checked in on 18/8/2028 around 3.30-4pm at counter 83. When I was checking in, suddenly another passenger walked in and was served by Sriwijaya staff who should be my turn. . The passengers just keep quiet, excuse me, not all, so I told you the barking, have you ever queued? He just paused, the Sriwijaya staff just paused and they both checked in and neither of them excused me. The ticket was finished, the mba continued to take care of my ticket. I wanted it, after the check-in process, I went to the Sriwijaya staff. "How come I didn't process it or excuse me if someone said something" the mba slipped for a long time. The reason was: I didn't know that he was in a hurry, I was busy taking care of my mother's tickets, etc. Going around is not clear, but the emotions are getting more emotional. Gatau the mba who oon doesn't know where he is wrong, or pretending to be prestigious, I'll admit that he was wrong. You're stupid. Until finally I poked the back man because he wanted to check in too, but I couldn't say it for a moment, I'm not finished. Still, I have to be annoyed AND be patient to be clear as I know small children. "I'm your guest. If there is someone who hurts you must make sure someone will excuse me, please? You and him even just keep quiet AT HIS HOURS which is your SERViS MUCH ... if there is someone who says why didn't you tell me or excuse me? β€œBlank. Must talk again. He was silly, I don't know or don't know what. I had to repeat 2-3 times until finally I could only say "sorry" and g say "thank you". That's a basic manner why it's so stupid smp, I have to explain it like it's CB ?? Please have staff training in manner and basic logic so that the process is equally enjoyable right. Ps: the person who was choking, must have had his own reasons why he was bad, but regardless of whether it was valid or not, the problem was not using excuse me and explaining the importance or not, I just asked if I didn't exist What a jerk. Ps: apart from the above, my reply was almost 2 hours late for Denpasar. He was given only sandwiches apart from pineapple and plastic water.

Sj259 20 apr 2018. Jadwal penerbangan 18.25. Saat cek in diinfo telat menjadi 19.15. Setelah nunggu diinfo lagi telat menjadi pk 20.00. Penumpang disuruh menunggu 95 menit. Resiko beli tiket penerbangan kelas kacang ?
