β β β β β Biar bintang dan foto yg berbicara. Bahkan kotoran yg ada di kulit sintetis pun gak dibersihin. Saya bersihin pake kuku aja langsung mengelupas
Harga juga gak murah2 banget hanya menang lokasi saja
Let the stars and photos talk. Even the dirt in the synthetic skin is not cleaned. I cleaned using my nails just peeled off
The price is also not cheap, it's only just winning locations

β β β β β saya cuci 6 sepatu di The Clean Bar cabang pasar festival...tapi gak ada satupun yg benar2 bersih...ini pengalaman pertama saya...dan tyt sgt mengecewakan..bagian bawah sepatu msh sangat kotor, bagian ujung sepatu msh dekil..lebih bersih cuci di laundry rumahan deket rumah..sy pikir the clean bar lebih profesional..tyt tidak...#kecewa
I washed 6 shoes at The Clean Bar festival market branch ... but none of them were really clean ... this was my first experience ... and it was really disappointing ... the bottom of the shoe was still very dirty, the tip of the shoe was still dirty. . cleaner washing at home laundry near home ... I think the clean bar is more professional ... it's not ... # disappointed

β β β β β Sangat mengecewakan. Saya cuci 3 barang, hanya 1 yg terlihat bersih. Satu lagi sepatu putih, bahkan seperti tidak dicuci. Satu lagi SEMINGGU SAYA KEMBALI BELUM DICUCI, DAN MENAWARKAN UNTUK SEGERA MENCUCI AGAR BISA DIAMBIL HARI ITU JUGA. Saya tidak akan kembali lagi. Thanks.
Very disappointing. I washed 3 items, only 1 of which looked clean. One more white shoe, even like not washed. One more MY WEEK BACK NOT YET WASHED, AND OFFER TO WASH SOON IT WILL BE TAKEN TODAY. I will not come back again. Thanks.

β β β β β Pakai jasa cuci sepatu kulit di cab. Plaza Festival (sayangnya ga ada di gmaps). Sebelumnya sepatu dlm kondisi baik, setelah laundry begitu dipakai sebentar rusak. Respond CPnya tidak baik (malah langsung berkilah dan menuduh) ketika dihubungi. Padahal baru menanyakan bagaimana mekanisme pertanggungjawaban dan sdh dibilang soal ganti rugi itu ga utama buat saya bahkan ga diganti juga ga apa. Tolong pegawainya dikasih training untuk merespond keluhan konsumen. Masa pelayanan basic begitu saja harus konsumen yang ajarin.
Use leather shoes washing service in cab. Plaza Festival (unfortunately not in gmaps). Previously the shoes were in good condition, after laundry was worn for a while it was broken. CP responders are not good (instead directly argued and accused) when contacted. Even though I was just asking about the mechanism of accountability, and it has been said that compensation is not the main point for me, it doesn't even matter. Please provide employees with training to respond to consumer complaints. The basic service period should be just the consumers who teach.
