★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TBS selalu memanjakan mata dan membuat kita pengen borong semua barangnya terutama parfum barunya. CS-nya juga sangat ramah menyambut kedatangan dan menemani kita berbelanja serta memberikan berbagai pilihan yg bisa kita coba testernya.
TBS always spoil the eyes and make us want to buy all of the items, especially the new perfume. The CS is also very friendly to welcome and accompany us to shop and give various choices that we can try the tester.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store recently and found staff very very uncourteous. I reached around 9:50 am in the morning. Staff was already in the store but the store was closed from inside. I wanted to ask are they going to open it at 10 so i just waved towards them but they ignored it and this lady Siska she was busy in doing make up. I never saw such kind of behaviour from any staff in my life that customer is just asking and they are just busy in make up. ...anyways i googled it and found it opens at 10... Then at 10, the staff didnt bother to open though i was standing outside from last 10 mins. I have to knock at the door then they came to open it. And to my surprise as i entered they didnt ask anything and this lady went towards the system and other guy was already inside a store room. So nobody was there to attend me... .Very ill-behaved, rude and discourteous staff...
