★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff nya ya ampun, tidak ada senyum nya sm sekali, tidak menyapa.. Atw emang spt itu ya kl shopping di indonesia? Sy tinggal di UK & shopping keliling dunia di negara lain itu staff nya sgt respect, sekalipun customers dtg dgn pakaian casual mereka menyapa menawarkan bantuan ramah². Kasian sih ya staff mereka di indonesia itu tidak tau manners, seperti tidak berpendidikan staff nya. Sudah tidak ada yg cantik muka nya cemberut semua.
Oh my gosh, the staff doesn't smile at all, doesn't say hello... Or is it really like that when shopping in Indonesia? I live in the UK and shop around the world in other countries, the staff is very respectful, even though customers come in casual clothes they say hello and offer friendly help. It's a pity that their staff in Indonesia don't know manners, such as uneducated staff. There's no one who's beautiful, her face is all sullen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dari staff standard aja. Cukup sering berbelanja di store yang di Kota Kasablanka. Kadang2 ada ada yang ramah, kadang2 ada juga yang judes. Kali ini beli produk Mario Badescu dan Sephora. Dapat free pouch Mario Badescu dan Clean Skin Gel Sephora. Beberapa tahun terakhir saya perhatikan point member tidak pernah masuk. Sudah beberapa kali complaint langsung di store dan disarankan kirim email ke CS. Tapi ga ada guna. Disarankan kirimin foto struk belanja sebagai bukti untuk klaim point yang ga masuk. I mean, siapa yang ngumpulin struk belanja sebanyak itu?? Ga tau udah berapa banyak belanja di Sephora, jadi member udah hampir 6 tahunan. Tapi karna point suka ga masuk, jadi levelnya ga naik2.
Service from standard staff only. Quite often shopping at the store in Kota Kasablanka. Sometimes there are friendly, sometimes there are also bitchy. This time, I bought Mario Badescu and Sephora products. Get free Mario Badescu pouch and Sephora Clean Skin Gel. The last few years I noticed that point members never entered. There have been several complaints directly at the store and it is recommended to send an email to CS. But it's no use. It is recommended to send photos of shopping receipts as evidence for point claims that did not come in. I mean, who collects that many shopping receipts?? I don't know how much I've shopped at Sephora, so I've been a member for almost 6 years. But because the likes points don't come in, so the level doesn't go up.
