★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bleached my hair last year and promised that it wont be dry. The result was super dry, damaged, lost more than half of my hair as i had to cut it and is still damaged until now (been more than a year).
If my hair couldnt go through the bleaching hair process, they shouldve told me instead of making fake promises.

I actually liked how my hair turned out however for the price i will consider it not worth it.
From the start i have said that my budget was 500k and the stylist said that it was only 500k.
There seems to be a misunderstanding where i thougth the whole treatment was 500k because that price made sense to me. Bleaching powder is 80k per 40grams and a tube of color is 140k. It turns out they sold the bleach and color to me for 500k which i still think is very overpriced(not triple, iam very sorry of giving improper estimates).
My total is around 900k because it turns out 500k wasnt included with jasa/service, it was only thr materials. They did not lie but prices arent transparent so make sure to ask for the prices of everything they did( service and materials) and make sure u r ready to spend that kind of money.
Customer service is mostly great however how vague they are with prices causes a concern to me and i inlcude this in my judgement of customer service.
Positive sides: gives u cookies coffee and tea, stylist are professional and welcoming.
Just remember to ask and ask again for prices as its not their intentions to be vague however they just assume that clients are not on a budget. Honestly i do not reccomend this salon for people who are still leaching money of their parents as it can get expensive real fast.
I am still giving it a one star because as a client my experience wasnt that great about how prices are not discussed or are misleading. I am very sorry for this negative review but this is my honest opinion.
Again i am sorry for the misleading review. I hope this wholesome and positive criticism will clear up any misundertsandings.
