★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, easy parking, variety of options in the menu not just coffee with very reasonable price. The downside is only one, few times come here the place is not cool enough, waitress seems unwilling (or maybe instructed not ) to turn on more than 1 AC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy place. I was there in the late afternoon, so maybe it wasn't during the peak hours. The non smoking area is tend to be less crowded. More people like the outdoor (smoking area). Easily spotted from normal traffic
