★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest bus station in southeast Asia.. This place is huge and better than before (Pulo Gadung). With all those security guard in every corner, I feel bit safer but this place still have to more organized and people have to stop littering.
Most of AKAP busses to central and east java are available here, local (Jabotabek) public transportation also available as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest bus station in Jakarta, placed in East Jakarta, next to Walikota Jakarta Timur, near Bekasi City. Easy to access from toll or arteri road. The place is big and quite clean. Love the parking area, we can park our vehicles safely because there is a lot of officer. Serve bus for almost all destination city in Java and Sumatera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just transit this bus terminal on my route to Central Java. After the establishment of this terminal, buses are not allowed to pick up or drop of pessanger outside the terminal. But in reality many buses still can pick up pessanger outside the terminal (i.e. bus agency permises) and this make occupancy of thia terminal can be considered as low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is quite clean. There is a prayer inside the building as well as the toilet. The prayer room is clean enough as well as the toilet. There are lift and stairs as well. However, there are lots of "brokers" who offering tickets in here. We are all who want to go to our hometown feel uncomfortable because of this. Fortunately, I already brought my own e-ticket via an online app, so when I was offered tickets by broker, I told him that I already had ticket. Afterwards, he was not offering me tickets anymore. So if you want to go to this terminal I suggest you to buy an online ticket instead of buying directly in this terminal. Hope in the future there will be a better management in this terminal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is main terminal of Jakarta connecting bus from Bali and other java island and Sumatra island buses .
It is still in under construction but people are really helpful to guid you where everywhere u want to go .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lots of parking space, good masjid, has indomart and alfa express, working escalator and elevator but unfortunately most of the stall are empty due to pandemics.
