★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup sekali saja pakai jasa transportasi LORENA, gak sesuai jadwal. Jadwal jam 1400, sampai dengan jam 1900 blm berangkat juga, pihak pool pulo gebang jg tdk ada itikat baik terhadap pelanggan. Apa kompensasi dr LORENA terhadap penumpang? Kl penumpang telat bisa di tinggal, tp kl bus yg telat bagaimana? Ini lebih dr 5 jam... harus nya ada kompensasi tiket gratis atau snack untuk menunggu selama delay.
Saran kepada calon penumpang jgn gunakan lagi bus LORENA.
 Just use the LORENA transportation service once, not on schedule. Schedule at 1400, until 1900 no departure, too, the pool of pulo was not happy with the customer. What is the compensation of Dr. LORENA to passengers? Can a late passenger stay, but how come the bus is late? This is more than 5 hours ... there should be compensation for free tickets or snacks to wait for delay.
Suggestions for prospective passengers do not use the LORENA bus again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coba karina DD pulogebang ke perak surabaya. Jadwal brgky jam 12. Telat minta ampun. Bgky baru jam 3.15. Dah gitu jadwal sampai jam 5 pagi. Lewat tol yg kosong aja butuh 13jam lebih. Gilaa brenti makan lama banget. Udah gitu jalan di tol hanya 70-80 . Bisa lain lewat tol hanya 11 jam sdh brenti makan 2x
Try karina DD pulogebang to surabaya silver. Brgky schedule at 12. Late for mercy. Bgky is only 3:15. Already so schedule until 5 am. Passing an empty toll road takes just over 13 hours. Crazy for eating so long. Already like that the road on the highway is only 70-80. It could be other through the toll just 11 hours already stopped eating 2x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah lama banget gak menggunakan moda transportasi ini, ternyata layanan gak berubah dari dulu. Sama aja. Menunggu bus datang sampai 2 jam (jadwal keberangkatan 13.30, bisa masuk terminal 15.30). Schedule ngaret ternyata sudah menjadi habitat dan mendarah daging.
Lorena payah!
It's been a long time since I've used this mode of transportation, it turns out that the service hasn't changed from the past. Just the same. Waiting for the bus to come up to 2 hours (departure schedule 13.30, can enter the terminal 15.30). Schedule ngaret turns out to have become a habitat and ingrained.
Lorena sucks!
