★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini pengalaman pertama saya ke terminal, pengalaman pertama saya beli tiket bus. Saya biasanya pergi keluar kota menggunakan kereta api Indonesia, dan belum pernah sama sekali naik bus, pagi ini 26 Juni 2020 sekitar jam 9 pagi, karena saya belom tau saya bertanya sama security yg sedang bermain hp (nonton video) masih berseragam lengkap dan duduk d kursi d samping pos " ngapunten pak, parkir motor sebelah pundi nggeh" aku ulangi dua kali, pikirku mungkin dia ga denger, dia hanya menoleh sebentar, dia sempet jeda vidionya dan langsung lanjut lg nonton videonya tanpa menjawab pertanyaan saya sama sekali. Sungguh kecewa sama pelayanan security nya. Tolong d tindak lanjuti, dan d breefing lagi. Terimakasih
 This is my first experience with the terminal, my first experience buying a bus ticket. I usually go out of town using the Indonesian train, and have never taken a bus at all, this morning June 26, 2020 around 9 am, because I have not yet known I was asking the security who was playing cellphone (watching video) still in full uniform and sitting in seat next to the post "ngapunten sir, parking the motorbike next to the coffin nggeh" I repeat twice, I thought maybe he didn't hear, he just turned around for a while, he paused the video and immediately continued watching the video without answering my question at all. Really disappointed with its security service. Please follow up, and breefing again. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mungkin terminal tersepi sejawa tengah, harus membenahi agen2 disekitaran kurang kebih 3km dari terminal untuk berkumpul mendirikan bendera agennya masing2 di dalam terminal, sehingga mengambalikan fungsi dari terminal itu sendiri, menambah pendapatan penjual didalam terminal, dan sangat disayangkan terminal sebesar itu tapi sepi didalamnya. Mungkin itu opini dari saya, terimakasih.
Maybe the terminal is lonely in Central Java, you have to fix the agents around 3km from the terminal to get together to set up their respective agent flags in the terminal, so that it returns the function of the terminal itself, increases salesperson's income inside the terminal, and it is a shame that the terminal is that big but quiet inside. Maybe that's my opinion, thank you.

Busy terminal..tp if mlm Sunday is also on holiday / other big days..tp mf! .. currently..there is a shop repair in the terminal area ..
