Yes the place is a little less organized, still there are lots of brokers ... private cars still enter the terminal so it's a bit chaotic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya di sediakan parkiran untuk pengantar penumpang bis luar kota, jadi gak semrawut, untuk rute parkiran bis sudah tertata rapi. Untuk bis luar kota banyak pilihan nya,berangkat malam juga ada.untuk bis ke jakarta hanya sedikit,klw tidak tau jam nya pasti nunggu lama bisa +/- 2 jam sekali lewat, pengalaman saya.
In my opinion, a parking lot is provided to deliver bus passengers outside the city, so it's not chaotic, the bus parking route is neatly arranged. There are many choices for buses outside the city, leaving at night is also there. For buses to Jakarta only a few, I don't know the hour, definitely a long wait can be +/- 2 hours every time, my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terminal bus yg ga prnah trlihat rapi dan bersih, petugas Dishub yg ada kurang tegas dan belum maksimal, trutama dlm mnangani angkot" yg seenaknya saja ngetem dimulut terminal, shg slalu macet
a bus terminal that never looks neat and clean, the existing Dishub officers are not firm and not optimal, especially in handling "angkot" which just casually sticks at the mouth of the terminal, so it's always jammed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terminalnya bersih hanya saja terminal nya kurang besar jadi jalan nya sempit untuk mobil bus yang ingin masuk atau keluar terminal,tapi bnyak jurusan bus apa aja dah disini keren
the terminal is clean it & apos; s just that the terminal is not big enough so the road is narrow for buses that want to enter or exit the terminal, but any bus route is cool here
