β β β β β First time here after seeing nice reviews on Instagram, the setting is quite nice if your sat outside, nice cooling sea breeze, the food is definitely not the best, came because it said Middle Eastern, very bland not much flavour, and definitely not a middle Eastern restaurant, drinks disappointing, would we come again, probably not

β β β β β Located on GF of Tower Dubai Regatta apartment.
This consists of two restaurants, Teras that sells mediterranean food whilst Ocean is more into western cuisines.
Though the interior is different, guests can sit whenever they place. Outdoor seatings are quite pleasant too, with couches n straight up wooden chairs.
Tried the fatayer spinach n cheese, shawarma chicken with garlic sauce, n chai latte. All are delicious but shawarma was slightly salty.
Awesome services from staffs. Thank you.
Best time to visit is Monday to Thursday before 2 pm. The rest always packed n need reservation.
Live band every saturdays starting around 6.30 pm, better to book a week beforehand.
Parking is free here.
Overall a pleasant experience.

β β β β β We have been looking for an arabian cuisine ever since our favorite J**dy K*b*b close, and magically instagram just knows. Teras Regatta pop up in our IG.
We decided to give it a go.
During lunch time it is empty, perhaps because not a lot of people know about this place.
The interior lived up to the arabian style, although some sofa kinda dirty and poorly maintain. The deck and fish pond along with the view of ocean definitely add a different vibe and experience while dining here.
Service is okay, do not expect a 5 star excellent service, since not much can be done here.
We do recommend not to drive alone here, since parking space is limited to resident (yes its in an apartment complex) we took 30 minutes just to get a parking, although the security are friendly and helpful, and access to restaurant need a access card, we even use stairs to go down at the end .
I love the chicken and mixed herb rice, and presentation is beautiful in a large aesthetic bowl, chicken is juicy tender well seasoned, and herb rice is definitely one of the best along with the sauce. The price is okay as well
The chai tea is worth to try as well, very strong with the spices , not a compatible drink if you had my dish.
I dont recommend the kebab, since it's not well season and kinda hard to chew on. The side dish is okay, but not the beef .
I would give this restaurant 5 star if its not because of the parking, access, and kebab

β β β β β Me n my wife went here at about noon for lunch. The parking could be quite a hassle for guests, and we had to use the service elevator to get to the restaurant from the parking area. But let me tell ya, it was worth it. The worth i'm about to share will be quite the memories.
It was not crowded, but the interiors and the views were spectacular. It was quite windy outside, and cool AC on the inside...so ambience and comfort was a 5-star from me.
The food: it was definitely middle-eastern. Not my particularly favorite, BUT it was definitely one of the best i've been. Recommended for those middle-eastern food onlookers.
All were made fresh. My favorite was the murtabak thing with the grilled chicken, me n my wife loved it.
Desserts was alright, my wife ordered the stuffed bread thing with the milk (i didn't like it though). The middle-eastern chef (he was on the menu book), gave us a complementary apricot pudding (this i love its taste).
Service was great. Pricings was not expensive at all. I think this restaurant deserves recognition of a top-notched middle eastern cuisine in the heart of the north Jakarta.

β β β β β Yuhuuuu this was my 2nd visit and the food has never once let me down, at least from the view they offer. Their price makes a lot of sense as in it's not that expensive considering the location of the restaurant. They dont have an extensive menu but what they have is simple & comforting.
I especially love their baba ghanoush, hummus and their bread. The bread is soft and fluffy and best eaten warm (and they served it fresh from the oven; I think!). The rice which I forgot what the name was however this time was underwhelming, there were some dry rice which was not pleasant to eat and also the raisins were too dry. The chicken was smaller this time, it used to be half chicken but yesterday it was only chicken breast.
Ok so this is a really great place to chill, with breezy air and an open space. You might need to reserve for peak moments such as around 5 pm. Definitely get yourself an outdoor seat. The staffs were really nice, they were accommodating and would pick you up from the lobby (you're gonna need an access card to get there).
Free parking; but need to leave your ID! I honestly would just came here to hang and enjoy the view. I truly recommend this place ?
