★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office complex based on smart system. The lighting are using movement sensor (will automatically turned on when detecting human movement). Access in and out are using smart gate just like any other modern office building. The access elevator are using combination of manual (if going down) and smart elevator system if going up from lobby (you pick a floor and the system will select the elevator for you). You still can push the button manually though inside the lift (real smart system don't have floor button, only open and close door inside the elevator).

Your customer service is good but don't ever expect them to make corrections for outgoing calls that don't come from customer cell phone.
There is a ghost in the Telkomsel system and they pretend not to know even though hundreds or thousands of Halo simcard users have experienced this fictitious billing incident.
Show respect to your customer complaints and do your job to correct the mistake in Telkomsel record system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smart Office, wonderful building overall, coffee bean and starbucks outside at ground floor, big mosque with many dakwah activities inside at 9th floor, comfort canteen or food stall area at 11th floor pay with t-cash only. Lift arrangement a bit confusing for new visitors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One day in 2018, I came here to watch World Cup 2018 finals. Before that time I came here to visit my friends. From the outside, this building is such a good place for working in urban area. It has good environment. From inside, it has many good facilities and machine. The only minus side is the motorcycle parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My whole life is amazing, furthermore when God made the 11th floor canteen on Telkomsel Smart Office came true. This place is really cosy and comfortable, yet the price of its food is really affordable. Specially mentioned when the canteen lies on fancy office block. TSO’s canteen is truly a life saver!
