★ ★ ★ ★ ★ November 2020: the terminal is exstreamly hot as 80% of the AC devices are turned off( this is the second time I fly through here this week, this hot). Everybody looks uncomfortable, sweaty & hot. According to my device it's 34C at our gate waiting area. This is unacceptable, everybody looks like they have a fever because it's so hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite place to wait the flight beside the Garuda executive lounge (eventhough lately was quite rare to visit there due to the cigarette smells which really troublesome). You only need to claim via your telkomsel point and after that you can enjoy their service which provide quite various snacks and meals. They also provide coffee bar and they can make the great espresso which sometimes better compare to other cafe that I was visited before. Really great since I did not need to smell the cigarette fragrance. Located between gate 16-17 domestic departures at T-3. Recommended ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice. It's spacious and has a lot of convenient store, cafe and bookstore. Better than terminal 1 and 2. But, the last gate from the check in center takes about 2 km and they not provide enough elevator and cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ big, clean and modern airport. Friendly to persons with disabilities. Complete facilities and friendly staff. but unfortunately the plane queue is quite long so it interferes with flight schedules. I hope there will be a fix soon.
