★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good choice for quarantine. Terrible food and despite asking multiple times for western breakfast, they kept giving us rice and chicken for breakfast. The only good thing was the room size and the large windows but the view is that of a parking lot. When we first arrived we were given a room which was different from the one advertised when we asked for a different room, we were made to wait for hours which was horrible after a long flight as we could not unpack or shower. Overall not a good place to spend 5 days, there are better choices available for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently stay here for my 7 days quarantine and the most i like here is the variant meal each day is not the same so you wont get bored and all 3 meals provided is so so yummy and really tasteful which i loves all hahaha .. i will always expect each meal what they will provide when the room service knock my door …and BIG thanks to “Porte” restaurant where they really think of each delicious meal prepared to every guest and i do appreciated it.BTW i booked a deluxe room and the room is quite big spaces clean but deluxe plus room is even more better with more modern design interior and bathtub compares to deluxe.. overall I am pretty satisfied and comfortable to spent my 7 days quarantine here. ..oh yeah the staff here are helpful and friendly and they do provide a good services.Pls keep up the good work and will recommend for staying here during quarantine or transit as this hotel is only short distance ride to airport. Thank you for making my 7 quarantine days a comfortable trip to stay :)

Overall good service.
Wifi is reasonably good, not super fast but enough.
Food is acceptable. They provided main course, with side dish fruit and juice/milk.
I booked deluxe room which is quite spacious. The furniture could be improved, no comfortable sofa to read for long hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ too expensive for whatever i got during my stay. Stayed almost a week for quarantine. At first since I used the room for their quarantine package I got a nicer room, nice big window (but not a great view but it’s ok), the tv was sad (i didn’t expect anything anyway). Also I don’t think the front office staffs were very helpful bc one time I asked them about my 2nd PCR test and whether they’re gonna remind us again before it’s done (bc it’s being done at 1 am!) and they said they’re gonna call and remind us but the call never came lol. Another thing was they don’t have elevator lol, I don’t mind walking since my room was only on the 2nd floor but I feel bad for the guy who had to help me bring my suitcases up and down during checkin and check out. Oh, and I extended my stay for a day and they moved us to a different room (which I understand) but the room I got was so dark and miserable. They installed a window that’s directly facing a wall like literally next to a wall and the lighting was so poor. I’m lucky I was only there for a night! I don’t think that room was worth a million a night. And they don’t have any menus in the room (they had the qr code but it didn’t work). Oh another thing was I asked for the 11 am shuttle bus service but apparently they left me? (well they did get me another one immediately) so if you guys want to stay here i guess you have to be prepared to get things done yourself bc asking them to remind you for things don’t work. But the food was good and the clean laundry smelled good. I still don’t think that one extra night was worth it tho lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. The hotel is located in the middle of industrial area, not in the main road. The already severely-broken road in front of the hotel (which is the only access to the hotel) is ALWAYS heavily congested with big containter trucks. My car was forced to wait for almost 20 minutes as they let some 20+ huge trucks to pass first. I thought this was only the case for late evenings (I arrived at 10.30 PM), but it happened again when I left at 5.45 AM.
2. The check in counter was slow, even without queue
3. I asked for 5 AM wake up call. Never happened
4. They gave bland sandwich for breakfast-to-go, with no napkins
5. The only good things were the hot shower, the bed, the shuttle car, and the helpful staffs. But you can get this from any other hotels
Would NOT recommend anyone to stay here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose this hotel for my mandatory quarantine in Jakarta before departing to Bali.
Everything was excellent. From the airport pick-up to the check-out. The staff is very nice and friendly. Always with a big smile behind the mask. The food is a lot and delicious. Every meal was different and nutritious. You should have in mind that the food is a bit too spicy. With every meal, you have complimentary water and juice or fruit.you have 5pieces laundry free of charge and they are always coming back to you smelling like heaven.
Not being able to go out of your room is not a pleasant experience for sure, but this hotel did their best to make me feel good.
Only at check out, I realized how big and nice this hotel is. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to spend a day at the spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m currently staying here for a 10 day quarantine and I’m happy with my choice for the hotel. It has upsides and downsides, which I’ll quickly mention in case any of these will help you decide.
- The internet is bad. In general I could watch YouTube but any other streaming service won’t work well. It’s slow and drops out from time to time. Also need to re-login constantly.
- I really enjoy the food. I chose the vegetarian menu (which seems to also be completely vegan!) and love the food. To be fair, as long as it is vegan I am not super picky. But everyday it’s something different and it’s always tasty.
- The bathroom has some bad (sewer) smells sometimes. I try to run water through all the drains every day and that does help somewhat.
- The room (and the bed!) is very comfortable.
- Good privacy. I don’t hear any of the other guests and the curtains seem to hide me from outside view. The hallway is quite noisy though, but that’s also nice because you get a sense of what’s going on :)
- Lastly, the only contact with the reception or household staff is by phone. Saw some posts on social media that some hotels use whatsapp messaging, that would have been nice too.
Overall, happy with my stay, only wished they would upgrade the internet. Happy quarantine!

The hotel is a good quarantine Hotel.
