★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came once looking for a cat product. The two employees were nice, but didn't understand what I was looking for. So they suggested me to talk to the owner that was reading the newspapers and tried talking to him. I received bad service. He didn't want to show me the product if I didn't want to confirm to buy it because it was situated on a top shelf... And plus the item was dusty so it must have been sitting there for quite a while. Felt being treated rudely, I immediately said no and went looking for another pet shop not far from there on the other side of the road.
In short. DO NOT SHOP HERE...!!!
Bahasa: jangan belanja di sini. Pelayanan buruk.

But, I was surprised about the service, I don’t know what to say, if you ever think you had a worst service anywhere in the world, you should come here and it’ll change your mind. Everyone’s review about how bad the service is true. They don’t know how to treat a customer, I’ll never shop in this awful place again.
PLEASE for your own sake DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE!

The owner said different branch different kind of service, what? Customer expect good service, any customer expect bad services? Show me one customer who expect bad service!
