★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lama berbelit belit, pernah disuruh lengkapi berkas dengan ttd dari camat namun sampai kecamatan berkas malah ditolak dan orang kecamatan bilang "berkas kamu sudah lengkap, siapa yang minta ini coba telp biar kamu ga bolak balik" Tp di telp ga diangkat. Kalau sudah satu tahun nanti diarahkan untuk pembatalan dan masukkan ulang padahal kita ga pernah diinfo kurang apa kurang apa.
 The old service was convoluted, once asked to complete a file with a signature from the sub-district head but until the sub-district the file was rejected and the sub-district person said "your file is complete, who asked for this try calling so you don't go back and forth" But the phone is not picked up. If it has been a year, we will be directed to cancel and re-enter it even though we have never been informed about what is lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekitar September pernah ke sini hari Sabtu tapi tutup. Tapi tetap ada yg jaga di parkiran dan sy diberikan formulir dan map yg diperlukan untuk urus roya.
Tgl 29 Des 2021 sy datang lagi.
Pelayanan luar biasa bagus, jauh di atas harapan saya.
Nomor antrian di dapat secara online di website. Ruang tunggu berada di luar gedung. Satpam sangat ramah dan sigap membantu pengunjung yg bingung isi formulir seperti saya hehe. Bahkan satpam mengisikan beberapa bagian formulir untuk saya, dan memilah berkas yg diperlukan. Sy sempat curiga akan ada pungli karena kok baik sekali ya satpamnya hehe. Ternyata tidak ada pungli sama sekali. Takjub saya.
Tidak sampai 5 menit kemudian, nomor antrian sy dipanggil masuk ke dalam gedung. Sebelum masuk dicek dulu suhunya.
Ketika masuk gedung, sy takjub lagi, karena ruangannya bagus sekali. Desainnya modern. Bahkan ada ruang bermain anak dan ruang laktasi (meskipun saat pandemi tidak digunakan).
Sy ke loket dan menyerahkan berkas, tidak sampai 2 menit. dan diberitahu bahwa nanti perlu membayar 50.000. info kode bayar akan diberikan lewat WA. pembayaran lewat atm/m banking/indomaret dll. Berkas bisa diambil 3 hari kerja setelahnya. Sy pulang. Total 10-12 menit saja di sana. Suami sy yg nunggu di parkiran sampai kaget saking cepatnya.
Hari itu sy tunggu WA kode bayar dari nomor yg diberikan, tapi blm dapat juga. akhirnya jam 15 sy inisiatif kontak dan diberikan kode bayar. segera sy bayar dan bukti bayar sy info ke WA tsb.
Senin 3 Jan, berkas sudah dapat diambil. Proses pengambilan tidak perlu ambil nomor antrian. kurang dari 10 menit, berkas sudah di tangan.

Excellent service, way above my expectations.
Queue numbers can be obtained online on the website. The waiting area is outside the building. The security guard is very friendly and ready to help visitors who are confused about filling out forms like me hehe. Even the security guard filled out several parts of the form for me, and sorted out the necessary files. I was suspicious that there would be extortion because the security guard was very kind, hehe. It turned out that there was no extortion at all. Amazed me.
Not until 5 minutes later, my queue number was called into the building. Before entering, check the temperature.
When I entered the building, I was amazed again, because the room was very nice. The design is modern. There's even a children's playroom and lactation room (even if it's not being used during the pandemic).
I went to the counter and handed over the file, less than 2 minutes. and was told that later need to pay 50,000. payment code info will be given via WA. payment via atm/m banking/indomaret etc. Files can be retrieved 3 working days later. I'm home. Total 10-12 minutes there. My husband, who was waiting in the parking lot, was surprised so quickly.
That day, I waited for the WA code to pay from the number given, but I haven't gotten it yet. Finally at 15 I contacted the initiative and was given a pay code. I'll pay immediately and the proof of payment will inform the WA page.
Monday 3 Jan, the file can be retrieved. The retrieval process does not need to take a queue number. less than 10 minutes, the file is in hand.
