★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon untuk di bereskan alur pelayanan puskesmas Suradita tidak jelas dan satu karyawan tidak ramah. Saya sabtu kemarin jam 8.00 ke puskesmas suradita mau ke dokter gigi ternyata sdh full no antriannya. sabtu ini saya kembali datang yg menurut info jam.6.30 sdh bs ambil no antrian.. jam 7 satpam kasih no antrian saya no 006.. belum buka pelayanan sama skali.. satpam tdk memberitahu saya setelah ini hrs bagaimana. saya datang jam 8.30 bingung krn semenjak gedung yg baru blm pernah datang lagi, saya liat di pendaftaran ada bbrp antrian.. saya tanya baik2 ke bagian pengambilan obat.. dokter gigi dilantai brp? trs dijawab lantai 2 sy tunjukan ini sy sdh ambil no antrian tiba2 saut karyawan wanita disana marah2 dong jelasin alurnya (gak sopan mimik muka dan suaranya itu) dan sy ke pendaftaran ternyata sudah di pakai no antrian saya dgn orang lain.. Saya kecewa dengan pelayanan di puskesmas suradita seharusnya satpam selalu info setiap pasien yg sdh ambil no antrian ttg jam buka pelayanan dan hrs hrs segera daftar ulang. mohon untuk di tinjau kembali ya.

I was last Saturday at 8:00 to the health center and I was going to the dentist, it turned out that the queue was full. This Saturday I came back, according to the info at 6:30 a.m. I could take the queue number ... at 7 the security guard gave me no queue number 006 ... I haven't opened the service with skali ... the security guard didn't tell me after this how. I arrived at 8:30 am confused because since the new building has never arrived yet, I see that there are several queues at registration ... I asked nicely to the drug collection department ... the dentist on the floor? When it was answered on the 2nd floor, I showed this, I took the queue number, suddenly the female employee there was angry, I explained the plot (not polite with that face and voice) and when I registered it was already used my queue with other people ... I was disappointed with the service in the suradita health center, the security guard should always be informed of every patient who has taken the queue number for opening hours of service and must immediately re-register. please review again.

Dinkes Kabupaten Tangerang memiliki tugas untuk merumusan kebijakan bidang kesehatan, melaksanaan kebijakan bidang kesehatan, melaksanaan evaluasi dan pelaporan bidang kesehatan, melaksanaan administrasi Dinas Kesehatan, dan melaksanaan fungsi lain yang terkait dengan urusan kesehatan.
Selain fungsi-fungsi tersebut, melalui kantor dinas kesehatan ini juga pemerintah bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan, penyuluhan hidup sehat dengan olahraga dan kesehatan jiwa bagi masyarakat serta keluarga.
