★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan. Pasca pandemi kami sekeluarga kesana berharap bisa menikmati liburan yg menyenangkan, tp nyatanya sampai dsana seperti nya kurang perawatan, toilet nya bau. Dg tiket masuk terusan 60.000 buat kami terlalu mahal untk pasca pandemi. Sblm pandemi kami ksana masih bagus wahana Dinosaurus dll masih bagus dan terawat. Sudah kecewa dg fasilitas dan wahana2 nya, tambah kecewa lg dg ice cream yg free tdk kami dapatkan. Gerai es cream berada di depan pintu masuk, kami rencana nya ambil ice cream pas kami pulang, tp trnyata pas mau ambil es cream sdh tdk ada.
Tlg manajemen TWM di review lagi untk harga tiket masuk 60.000 apakah sebanding dg fasilitas dan pelayanan yg sdh di berikan? Jgn hanya mengambil keuntungan saja, tp tlg diperhatikan fasilitas dan pelayanan yg kalian berikan.
 Very disappointing. After the pandemic, our family went there hoping to enjoy a nice vacation, but in fact when we got there it seemed like there was a lack of maintenance, the toilet smelled. With a 60,000 pass for us, it's too expensive for post-pandemic. Before the pandemic we were still good, dinosaur rides etc were still good and well-maintained. Already disappointed with the facilities and rides, even more disappointed with the free ice cream we didn't get. The ice cream outlet is in front of the entrance, we planned to take ice cream when we got home, but when we wanted to take ice cream it wasn't there.
Please review the TWM management again for the entrance ticket price of 60,000, is it comparable to the facilities and services that have been provided? Don't just take advantage, but pay attention to the facilities and services you provide.

30K hanya Tiket masuk. 60K dapat Nasi goreng+air mineral+Ice Cream+Free 5 Wahana bermain.
Tempat cukup luas.
Ada Arena Waterpark.
Ada wahana naik kuda, hanya saja tarifnya cukup mahal sebesar 50K.
Parkiran luas.
Toilet & Mushola tersedia.
There are 2 kinds of HTM.
30K for admission only. 60K get fried rice + mineral water + Ice Cream + Free 5 rides to play.
The place is quite spacious.
There is an Arena Waterpark.
There are rides to ride horses, it's just that the fare is quite expensive at 50K.
Spacious parking.
Toilet & Prayer Room available.
