β β β β β This waterfall actually one of the best waterfall that we can visit on Bogor regency. Located at Cisarua.
The entrance ticket for local tourist and international visitor for sure high different. For local it cost 25.000 rupiah.
There is few waterfall at Curug Cilember. The popular was Curug 7 Cilember and Curug 5.
The nearest waterfall from the main gate was Curug 7 but u need extra power to trekking and reaching the waterfall. The counturing of the road was mountain so must climb and walk Alot and it's totally makes people tired especially for old people.
There is also alot of food stall that offer coffee, snack, tea, and another food so when we feel tired we can stop for drink or eat.
At the point of the waterfall, it's beautiful landscape that we can enjoy. The natural sounds or waterfall, the birds songs, and more. It's so lovely here. Don't forget bring extra clothes if want to enjoy here.

β β β β β Large tourist attractions. Need to do tracking to enjoy the whole place. Unfortunately, some of the waterfalls at high locations couldn't be visited because of the constraints of wild monkeys that roamed and covered the road. The most beautiful waterfall for me was number five.

β β β β β Great waterfall..near jakarta. Now it has good parking lot for your car then you can walk inside the area (entrance fee 25000/person).
The nearest waterfall is Curug 7 which only 10 minutes from entrance gate.. if you want more then ask the local guide to take you to other waterfall (curug 5, 2 or 3) which is need 3 hours hiking.. FUN RIGHT?!

β β β β β One of a must-visit Curug (waterfall) in Cisarua area !
It has 7 waterfall of course, the first waterfall is waterfall number 7 and the second waterfall is waterfall number 5. I don't know where is the waterfall number 6. But it's okay, it doesn't matter. The matter is the track that you have to pass was bit difficult and slippery (bcs I went there when it's raining). The highest waterfall is waterfall number 1 and I only made to waterfall number 5.
The waterfall has a breathtaking and jawdropping view !
And, it is better to go there in the morning so you won't find the crowd and you can enjoy the waterfall well.

Most of info posts are in arabic. Loud music from the food stalls - may need to consider the sound of nature.

β β β β β Good place. Road access is a narrow road and quite stressful driving there. Butterfly sanctuary needs more maintenance and improvement. I only noticed several butterflies and not enough in numbers. The rest is just a trekking into the jungle to find waterfalls. In entrance area you could find many souvenir kiosks. Some food stalls. And some play area like flying fox. Shooting game. Bow and arrow game. Bicycle on rope. Rabbit mini park. Rabbit satay. And even rabbit fur key chain.
