★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah mulai ramai penghuni perumahannya. Masih dalam tahap pembangunan, jalanan masih berbatu dan becek, penerangan juga kurang memadai. Walau begitu tahap 7 perumahan ini paling tertata dan rapi dari taman dramaga tahap lainnya. Gunung Salak dapat terlihat dari area perumahan ini saat langit cerah.

Even so, stage 7 housing is the most organized and neat of the other stages of the drama park. Mount Salak can be seen from this residential area when the sky is clear.
