★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inilah Perumahan yg Paling Unik. Ditinggalkan oleh Pengembangnya, Pt.Graha Daya Nusa Persada, tanpa Memenuhi Kewajibannya, utk membangun Fasos & Fasumnya... Dan Jalannya pun Amburadul. Ketika Warga minta Bantuan ke Pemerintah,utk Perbaikan Jalan dll. Pemerintah Angkat tangan,dgn Alasan Belum Masuk Peta Wilayah. Tetapi Anehnya, PBB nya Dikutip setiap tahun. Bahkan PBB di Perumahan, yg Terbaik Pembayarannya se Desa Cibanteng. Entah apa yg jadi Pertimbangan Pemda mengenai hal ini. Kami warga minta bantuan DITOLAK...Tetapi DUIT nya DIPUNGUT Setiap tahun.....
 This is the Most Unique Housing. Abandoned by the developer, Pt. Graha Daya Nusa Persada, without fulfilling its obligations, to build social and public facilities... And the road is messy. When residents ask for help from the government, for road repairs, etc. The Government Raise Your Hand, With The Reason Not Entering The Regional Map. But Surprisingly, its UN is Cited every year. Even PBB in housing, the best payment is in Cibanteng Village. I don't know what the local government is considering about this. We residents ask for help REJECTED...But the MONEY IS COLLECTED every year.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posisinya bagus langsung depan jl raya tp sayang banget jalan didlm perum banyak yang hancur....mudah"an segera ada perbaikan dari pemda setempat
The position is good, directly in front of the highway but it's a shame that many roads in the Perum have been destroyed....hopefully there will be repairs from the local government soon
