★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ga pernah review jelek, but this was the worst service i've had in a while. Dari awal masuk sampe selesai makan, no greetings, no thank you. Waiter mau kasih makanan 2x. Pas mau payment, liat saya make card si manager (atau owner? Baju beda sendiri) langsung nyodorin telapak tangannya kaya org nagih utang (literally no lip service??). Sungguh jenaka tempat ini ? padahal saya pelanggan setia tawan (bukan di cabang ini ya ?). Makanannya juga 1/5 stars, ga enak. Kecewa
I've never had a bad review, but this was the worst service I've had in a while. From the start, I entered until I finished eating, no greetings, no thank you. Waiter wants to give 2x meals. When I want to pay, see I make the card the manager (or owner? The clothes are different myself) and immediately put the palm of his hand like someone collecting debt (literally no lip service ??). This place is really funny ? even though I am a loyal customer captive (not in this branch huh ?). The food is also 1/5 stars, not delicious. Disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kasar, sampe bentak.. kelas restoran mall masa kaya gini, klo mau restoran ini ttp ada mending ganti deh trutama kasirnya. Jgnkan ucapan terima kasih, senyum juga ngga. Absurd.
Rude service, to the point of yelling.. a mall restaurant class like this, if you want this restaurant but there is one, it's better to change, especially the cashier. Don't say thank you, don't smile. absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini resto apa staff gak pada di training dlu kli ya...sy dan kluarga mkan hr minggu kira2 jm 15.an...gilaa pelayan cowok yg badan nya subur jutekk bgt, sumpah bkin mood mkan ilang, plgi ada cstmer dduk sblah saya, dpt perlakuan ketus bgt tuh am cwok gembul....pgn w rasanya guyur pke bbur, sumpah mngmnt juga ttup mata, pdhal itu ada supervisor atau mnger (bpk2 tinggi) dia gk ada reaksi sama skli....hadehhh service ?????pdhal sy dan kluarga sering mkan di ta wan, cabang kokas ramah2 loh.......knpa di lotte kok amburadul ya...
Is this a restaurant or not, the staff weren't trained first, okay... I and my family ate out on Sundays around 15 pm... it's crazy the male waiter whose body is very fertile, I swear it makes the mood to eat go away, again there is a customer sitting next to me , I got a very harsh treatment, am a chubby guy....pgn w it feels like it's pouring with porridge, I swear to keep my eyes closed, even though there is a supervisor or manager (high cp2) he doesn't have the same reaction...hadehhh service even though I and my family often eat in tawan, the cokes branch is friendly... why is it so messy at lotte...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kelar makan di TaWan Lotte ini, makanan yang gw pesen ga ada yang bener , secara gw tiap minggu pasti makan di TaWan (kokas dan mall2 lain) juga dengan menu yang sama.
1. Kakap asam manis. Ikannya bau amis. udah complain, diganti yang baru, tetep amis.
2. Ayam kung pao, ayam nya ga seger, kacang nya juga melempem, kecapnya encer.
3. Sambel encer semua kaya sirop.
dua bulanan lalu pernah makan di TaWan ini gak gini2 amat walaupun ga seenak masakan TaWan Kokas.
Tapi kali ini dah parah banget.

Just finished eating at TaWan Lotte, the food that I ordered was not correct, I definitely eat at TaWan every week (coke and other malls) with the same menu.
1. Sweet and sour snapper. The fish smells fishy. already complained, replaced with a new one, still fishy.
2. Kung pao chicken, the chicken is not fresh, the beans are sluggish, the soy sauce is runny.
3. The dilute sauce is all rich in syrup.
Two months ago, I ate at TaWan, it wasn't really like this, even though it wasn't as good as TaWan Kokas' food.
But this time it's really bad.

The manager is rude, impolite, and also the place is dirty and not maintained. Unlike the other Tawan.
