★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using this hotel during my 10 day quarantine from international arrival in Jakarta Dec., 18th 2021 until Dec., 27th 2021. It is not permitted to order food from outside. The served food was horrible. The hotel room was acceptable. House keeping is not serving you fresh towel and water during your quarantine stay.
Not recommend this hotel for quarantine stay! Not worth for the money.
I cannot judge this hotel for a normal stay outside the quarantine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not staying over, just using the conference room “Makmur 2” and it’s quite an uncomfortable experience.
Food - Catering is weird, bites, tea & coffee provided;
Service - There’s no way to contact in-person hotel assistance from the room or the floor (access is limited to 2 elevator & emergency stairs, the meeting room is on the 3rd floor);
Facility - The table setting is quite high, and seats are inadjustible. Lengthy meeting time would surely broke your posture;
Facility - Projector connector implanted within the walls has been broken, we have to wait 1 hour for it to work + I need to manually go down to the lobby to contact engineering. In the end, engineering needs to literally climb the stairs and connect projector hanging on the ceiling to our laptop by cable.
Overall not an enjoyable offline meeting experience. If you are in need of a meeting space, I highly suggest other venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a 10 day mandatory quarantine here back in December 2021 and I am not very satisfied. My flight arrive at 6AM and at first the staff said there will be charge for early check in. I feel hesitant to continue my booking but since at that time many hotel are full booked I continue my booking here. Upon arrival, I asked about it and the staff said they will give special no charge. However when I arrive at the room I feel horrible, it was very small, dusty, and smell awful since it is smooking room. After calling the resepsionist, I can move to non-smoking room at noon but the room is also not clean with many hair in the floor and bed (!). Considering the price of quarantine here, surely I can go to another hotel with same quality, cheaper, and much cleaner. One last thing, in my last day of quarantine they forget to serve my breakfast (!). I asked the resepsionist about it twice and they keep saying "please wait". When it finally arrive, the food taste awful. It takes them more than 1.5 hour to serve and I could not even eat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This accomodation was great for my 7 days quarantine!! All staffs were helpful and fast respond, from pick up, housekeeping, reception, security. There was no cleaning room during quarantine, however you can ask the team for towel replacement, new stocks of tea etc. They also selling snacks and you can order more food from restaurant. The Indonesian menu so good and varied, always come when it's still warm. You could use the included laundry service for anything. Spacious room, I have got twin bed. I wish I could just request for 1 queen. But that's not a problem. Beautiful scenery, despite fixed window glass that you couldn't open. The only down side for me was the internet. So slow, even whatsapp call cannot be heard clearly and zoom meeting often disconnected. It was a pleasant stay for me. Thank you for the great job!!!

It's not even staying in a hotel as being locked up in a room. I have a new found compassion for zoo animals.
The food here is atrocious, as the hotel understandably wants to extract as much profit as possible from a literally captive clientele.
Everything comes in single-use disposable plastic containers, with disposable single-use plastic utensils, and that drives me crazy! I had to argue long and hard to borrow stainless steel cutlery, which we wash in the bathroom, at least.
The room was clean, that's the best I can say about the experience.
I am grateful for the fact that I'm being quarantined with my daughter and though we must share 20 m2, that's a blessing, for someone's company is wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here as part of the quarantine requirements for travelers from overseas for 5D4N. Overall, my stay was pleasant enough. The rooms were clean and comfortable; small, but enough for one person. The staff I interacted with was friendly and things like food, laundry, etc were delivered promptly. Internet is fast. Housekeeping came twice during my stay to swap out dirty towels. I had several requests during my stay and all of these were delivered quickly.
However, there are several criticisms that prevented me from giving a full 5-star rating. First, the food. It's exactly what you'd expect from a quarantine menu: not horrible, but not great either. Small portions, often arrived cold. Make sure you bring plenty of snacks or instant noodles from abroad as the in-room dining service from the hotel restaurant is also quite lacking in variety and very average taste. I ordered the Western menu as my preference upon check-in, but they got this wrong and sent me the Indonesian meals initially. I called reception and it was corrected for my next meal, but the next day they gave me Indonesian food again so they got it wrong twice.
I think there is a lack of communication between the hotel and guests. I was not informed of both PCR test results from the airport and from 4th day of quarantine, so I had to call reception and ask myself, as well as regarding the checkout process. Not sure if this is standard or simply an oversight. The lift is locked on the quarantine floor, so you have to call reception and ask them to open the lift upon checkout. I did this, but it took around 15 minutes of waiting for the lift -- seems like they forgot. Which meant I had to call twice and remind them to open the lift.
Rooms can be quite dim at night, not good for reading. Lighting is quite sparse.
All in all, the stay was nice enough and I'd recommend this hotel as a quarantine destination due to the amenities and fairly affordable price.
