People are friendly. They could pay attention a little more to the room cleaning. In general very good service.

Excellent services, the staff was very friendly, the health protocol was very good, the room very clean, and our bfast was very delic! Very recommended to staycation with family also friends, location wise very helpful in this pandemic situation

For quarantine hotel, I book at the airport, only took 10 minutes until I enter the car. Then while I arrived hotel, until check in, all the procedures only take 5 minutes, very well arrangements for all staffs. Dinner and breakfast also delicious

The room was very small and not well taken care of TV bad reception. Handset of the phone not working so I had to talk to reception through the phone speaker. Expresso machine in bad shape hardly clean . Kettle was very dirty. I've asked the reception to help me with changing currency did not bother to help just go to any foreign change office without giving directions. Bathroom was dirty and not washed properly. For the money I paid I think what I got was very poor.

I'd spent 5 days last week in Mercure for quaranteen and found their service staffs outmost friendly & helpful, with cookings adequate for Asian palate. The management is very strict regarding regulation, which I respect. The privilege package is sufficient for one person. The room was clean & comfy, and the hotel is also really nice. No complain from me.

6 days quarantine in this hotel before going to offshore. Overall is good. The room is clean and the food is delicious and they provided lots of food. But the air conditioner is too cold even at 29C

I was staying for 4 nights due to quarantine. Paid 8.9 million rupiah for those period. The whole experience was terrible. First day they give us a stinky, dry and old fried cake that my bf almost puke from the smell so i left the note for them to not serve that ever again. Everyday they served cold food tho i called them and ask to warm up the food or at least give warmer rice not a hard cold rice! But they never try to improve and kept serving dead cold food. Oh also the food is not just cold but also not very tasty, especially the breakfast, the egg is almost disgusting because it taste nothing, its smell, its wet and its cold. Just like one of those old food from the previous day ?. The internet is awful. I was using the open wifi "mercure" and when i had a zoom call, the internet kept cutting off. Its even buffering to watch Netflix or you tube. So i called and the receptionist give me the mercure office one. But it wasn't that good either so i kept switching wifi between the two. The room is tiny. Its 24sqm so yeah cant even lie 2 suitcase on the floor. The whole experience is bad because the service they gave is not match with their price. they dont listen, they don't care about the guest and they treat the quarantine guest like a prisoner almost. I dont think anyone deserve to eat what they serve Especially for paying over 2 million per day for 2 person. Seems like they make the food horrible in purpose so you buy their food from their restaurant with an extra charge of course. And btw they charge 70k for a freaking coffee. I had covid before in bali and quarantine from bakung resort kuta (paid by the government). That hotel serve better! They give warm food and snack twice a day. Unless mercure! My suggestion is. If you can't serve tasty food, at least serve it warm. If its too much work for you, then put microwave in the room.

We found the room to be comfortable, clean and everything was in working order. However, booked as a couple, we found the room was prepared for only 1 person. We need to request for additional hand and bath towels, sandal. The buffet breakfast was quite complete and good tasting. There is an automatic coffee machine provided for black coffee as well cappuccino and latte.
