★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ibu Santi was the highlight of my quarantine stay. She was always extremely helpful. Very responsive. knowledgeable and always got things done. Staff in general all extremely polite and good. Beds are very comfortable. Wifi perfect despite high data load. Only reason I didn't give 5-star rating is that the quarantine food wasn't always great for me (a vegetarian)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarantine end of January 2022 room 518, corner room very strong smell of molding and humidity. Ask reception to change room was refused and they send housekeeping to spy perfume.
I've complain for the next days but ....no rooms available.
After 5 day's staying there I start to cough and feel pain in my back, I was afraid for the PCR test results
Fortunately Negative and I leave the hotel before getting completely sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a relative good experience.
Rooms were big and spacious.
Location was strategic as cgk was right round the corner.
Some let downs were the breakfast spread. Due to quarantine it was in room dining. And the spread for the 5 days I was there was the same. So that was a little disappointing.
Also the customer service wasnt up to the standard I was hoping for. I believe this is because they are currently a quarantine hotel and can't cope with the high influx and quick turnarounds that the customer service standards were not where they should be.
Overall a decent experience and will stay here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel location and friendly staff earn the one star. But this place is smelling wet inside. Rooms does not seem dirty but feel like it. Additionally keep away of side dish salads result is 100% sure food poisoning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the best hotel for Quarantine after you arrive from repatriation. Near from the airport.
- The room is modern and clean.
- The meals during quarantine are delivered on time and have a good taste (need improvement for dessert, it's better to provide pastry instead of small pudding/jelly).
- The laundry service is quick.
- Speed of internet WiFi is excelent.
- The staff is quick responsibility & friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here during quarantine was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staffs were friendly, helpful and courteous (EXCELLENT staffs?). The meals, highly pleasant to the taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel had efficient polite and helpful staff. Their service was tailored to my needs and I’m happy to have stayed there. The breakfast was magnificent with both Indonesian and international foods to choose from. Wifi was good throughout the hotel.

I ordered off of the room service menus and it was slightly better, but for the price of the "package" there are better options. I was not allowed to leave my room but other people (from a different country ?) where permitted to go outside and walk in a courtyard. I am not sure why that was not offered to me?
The staff was pleasant, but could not really do much to improve the quality of my stay.
