Hari Rabu 07 Juli 2021 saya menghubungi Sdri Ferlin untuk meminta layanan klaim asuransi dengan mengambil mobil dirumah.
Ditentukan oleh Sdri Ferlin akan diambil mobil pada hari Jumat 09 Juli 2021. Jumat pagi saya ingatkan melalui WA atas jadwal yang sudah ditentukan, namun tidak menjawab dan hanya dibaca. Kemudian saya telp 2 kali namun tidak dijawab. Sampai pukul 16.39 WIB tidak ada yang menjemput mobil dirumah.
Seharusnya bila tidak bisa agar bilang tidak bisa, masalah akan selesai dan tidak membuat citra buruk layanan Suzuki Body repair serta ada kepastian.
Bengkel banyak yang akan memberikan layanan terbaik. Tidak seperti Suzuki Body repair hanya membuang waktu dan janji buruk layanan.
Untuk saya bila kecewa dengan Suzuki, cukup menjual mobil dan ganti merk lain....
Mohon maaf bila pengalaman ini saya share agar pelanggan dan konsumen lain tidak mendapat pelayanan buruk yang serupa.

Good afternoon Suzuki Body Repair...
On Wednesday, July 7, 2021, I contacted Ms. Ferlin to request an insurance claim service by picking up the car at home.
It was determined by Ms. Ferlin that the car would be picked up on Friday 09 July 2021. Friday morning I was reminded via WA of the predetermined schedule, but did not answer and only read. Then I called 2 times but no answer. Until 16:39 WIB no one picked up the car at home.
If you can't, you can say you can't, the problem will be solved and it won't create a bad image for the Suzuki Body repair service and there will be certainty.
Many workshops will provide the best service. Unlike Suzuki Body repair is just a waste of time and promises of bad service.
For me, if I am disappointed with Suzuki, it is enough to sell the car and change to another brand....
I'm sorry if I share this experience so that other customers and consumers don't get the same bad service.
