★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah mengirimkan email complain pada 25 januari 2021 atas beras yang saya beli ternyata banyak kutu namun tidak ada respon dari pihak sania. saya mencoba chat di Instagram, kemudian dibalas 7 Februari 2021 dengan informasi akan diteruskan ke tim terkait. Saya kembali follow up di 22 Februari 2021 dan direspon 2 hari kemudian denga jawaban akan diteruskan ke tim terkait. Hari ini 23 Maret 2021, saya masih belum dapatkan informasi ataupun permintaan maaf dari sania. Saya sungguh kecewa dengan produk dan pelayanan dari Sania.
I have sent an email complaining on January 25, 2021 regarding the rice I bought, it turns out that there are lots of fleas but there is no response from the Sania. I tried to chat on Instagram, then I was replied to February 7, 2021 with information that would be forwarded to the related team. I returned to follow up on February 22, 2021 and was responded to 2 days later with the answer to be forwarded to the relevant team. Today is March 23, 2021, I still haven't received any information or apology from Sania. I am really disappointed with the product and service from Sania.

Parkir bongkar muat truk tangki menutup setengah badan jalan. Luar biasa penerapan HSE perusahaan ini. LITERASI RENDAH. SAFETY NOL. MENYEDIHKAN ?
Jika perusahaan tidak mampu membayar uang transport karyawan untuk membeli bensin, silakan DM saya personal. Saya belikan sesuai kebutuhan kalian. Supaya jangan ada lagi yg melawan arus & membahayakan pengguna jalan lain.
Be careful crossing in front of this building because the entry and exit of vehicles from and to the building is VERY RARE. Employees drive against the tide. Tank truck loading and unloading parking closed half of the road. The HSE implementation of this company is extraordinary. LOW LITERATURE. ZERO SAFETY. SAD
If the company can't afford to pay for the transportation of employees to buy gasoline, please DM me personally. I buy according to your needs. So that no one goes against the flow and endangers other road users.
