The staff had very very very less product knowledge, unhelpful, Very Careless with Service Orientation, slow response, and force us to paid a CAR ACCESSORY without our PERMISSION. And couldn't offer a large amount of discount and bonuses compare with other Suzuki Dealers. I didn't have any choice at that time because we already paid Down Payment.
When the car come to our house, WHAT THE HECK, they didn't even fill the gasoline with proper amount (only less than 1 bar remaining) FYI the staff told me before when I contacted them to asked their position. they told me they were still at Gas Station ( So what they fill?? CAMEL URINE or What??)
Pre Delivery Inspections procedure wasn't accurate. There were small problem when the car came to my house. And still they always didn't have correct solution and made an alibi.
We bought new car several times with other brand. But this is the worse.
The Car is good, I don't have any complain with the car performance and the Brand itself. Just with the dealer.
Next time, we don't want to buy a car in here . It's better for you to buy at JAKARTA
