★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya datang utk mengurus migrasi dari bank BNI syariah ke BSI, pegawai dengan nama mba aliva kurang ramah, terkesan seperti terburu buru dalam melayani customer. saat suami bertanya krn ada yang belum dipahami, mba aliva langsung spt menegur bilang bahwa tadi dia sudah menjelaskan (dgn nada yang kurang baik) pdhl suami saya baru sekali bertanya.. mohon diperbaiki utk pelayanannya
I came to take care of the migration from BNI syariah bank to BSI, the employee with the name mba aliva was not friendly, seemed like he was in a hurry to serve customers. when my husband asked because there was something he didn't understand, mba Aliva immediately said that he had already explained (in an unfavorable tone) my husband asked me just once ... please repair it for his service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saran saya sebaiknya customer service nya di training ulang. Tidak ramah seperti cs bank lain dan tidak bisa menjelaskan dengan cara yang baik pada nasabah. Terutama untuk mbak aliva, tolong lebih teliti dan ramah lagi.
Untuk pak satpam nya, sangat ramah dan membantu.
My advice is that the customer service should be retrained. Not friendly like other bank cs and can't explain in a good way to customers. Especially for Ms. Aliva, please be more thorough and friendly.
For the security guard, very friendly and helpful.
