★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Betul2 tidak profesional, sales nya bernama pak Tommy dan atasan nya bernama ibu Nur di awal menyanggupi semua permintaan kami bahkan menyanggupi menggunakan KKB dari Bank yg kita tunjuk sendiri, tapi setelah kita bayar tanda jadi tiba2 bilang tidak bisa krn dia kira pakai Financing yg kerjasama dengan mereka, konyol sekali... dan kami bahkan buat grup chat di wa antara keluarga kami dengan pihak showroom untk diskusi, tapi setelah tidak menemui jalan tengah mereka tanpa pamit left group chat wa tanpa etika dan sopan santun dan dengan sepihak memaksa kami menuruti SOP perusahaan mereka bahwa pengembalian uang tanda harus menunggu 14 hari kerja. Pertanyaan nya, kenapa kami harus menghargai SOP perusahaan kalian jika kalian sendiri tidak menghargai makna dari kesepakatan yg sudah di ikat dengan UANG TANDA JADI pun msh bs berubah omongannya dan sekarang apa urusannya harus tunggu 14 hari uang br keluar. Betul2 kapok deh sama SUZUKI khususnya cabang ALAM SUTERA ini.

Really give up with SUZUKI, especially this ALAM SUTERA branch.
