★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KLINIK PENIPUUUU, SAMPAH! gue pernah ditipu sm klinik ini, tes sesuatu dibikin reaktif padahal jelas jelas gue gapernah ada gejala, hidup bersih dan sehat, gapernah kontak sm penderita juga.
akhirnya re check ulang ke klinik ternama lain di jakarta dan hasilnya negatif. tolong ya kalian, saya bisa tuntut klinik ini karena memberi hasil yang tidak VALID.
 SCAM CLINIC, GARBAGE! I was cheated at this clinic once, testing was made reactive even though it was clear that I never had any symptoms, lived clean and healthy, never had any contact with sufferers.
finally re-checked to another well-known clinic in Jakarta and the results were negative. please, you guys, I can sue this clinic for giving invalid results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah selalu puas dengan klinik ini, klw ngk pake BPJS emang mahal obat'' nya krn pake obat yg paten bagus tp sebenarnya bisa d ganti yang generik biar lebih murah dan bagus jg ko
Alhamdulillah, I'm always satisfied with this clinic, if I don't use BPJS, the medicine is expensive because it's a good patent medicine, but actually you can replace the generic one so it's cheaper and better too

Setelah berobat tebus biaya obat diluar dugaan & kebiasaan yaitu mencapai 640.000,- (khusus obat). Klinik ini menjadi langganan keluarga saya, dan biasanya tebus obat maksimal 350.000,- (sakit ringan/demam/Flu). Kepada para pelanggan lain agar hati2 jika akan menebus obat, dan sebaiknya tanyakan dulu kepada dokter jika memiliki anggaran terbatas. "Goodbye forever klinik medical sunter"...

After the ransom treatment, the drug costs were unexpected & habitual, which reached 640,000, - (specially for drugs). This clinic is a subscription to my family, and usually the maximum amount of medication is 350,000,- (mild illness/fever/flu). Pdhal jasa jokternya 50 ribu obatnya gk kira kita ngasih harga, apa karna bayar Pribadi jadi harga melambung,
Di rs islam saja dokter spesilis, tdk samapi segitu obatnya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali berobat disini. Waktu pendaftaran oke, resepsionisnya pun ramah. Biaya pendaftaran 50rb. Yg saya kecewa panggilan pasiennya kenapa lama sekali bisa ada 5 menitan jedanya tidak seperti klinik yg lain ketika pasien sudah selesai langsung dipanggil. Dan ketika saya tidak dipanggil panggil ternyata nama saya sudah dipanggil padahal saat itu saya sedang keluar sebentar tapi nama saya malah taruh dikolong didiamkan saja tidak dipanggil lagi hampir 1 jam saya menunggu. Kedua, saat dokter bertanya keluhan saya hanya menanyakan tidak ada diperiksa seperti dokter klinik lain. Ketiga, bapak yg diapotek pake kacamata sangat tidak welcome terhadap pasien disitu, terlalu cuek. Keempat, harga obatnya mahal bgt saya berobat hanya sakit radang tenggorokan dengan gejala nyeri badan, demam dan sakit kepala sampai 616rb, mungkin mereka pakai obat yg Bagus tapi opsi lain kenapa tidak pakai obat seperti generik yg lebih murah yg sama untuk menyembuhkan juga, ini kasian orang yg berobat dan tidak punya bpjs sampe segitu mahalnya. Pelayanan kurang Bagus tapi menyediakan obat yg Bagus seperti berobat diRS, apa susahnya menyediakan obat generik saja. Gak lagi deh berobat disini. Untuk yg mau berobat dipikir pikir aja dulu kalo mau kesini. Dokternya pun tidak aktif untuk bertanya apakah ada alergi obat atau tidak padahal itu penting.

Second, when the doctor asked for a complaint, I only asked if there was no examination like other clinic doctors. Third, the father at the pharmacy who wears glasses is not very welcoming to the patients there, too indifferent. Fourth, the price of the medicine is very expensive. I was treated only for sore throat with symptoms of body aches, fever and headache up to 616 thousand, maybe they used good medicine but why not use another option like generic, which is cheaper, which is the same for healing too, this is poor people who seek treatment and don't have bpjs are so expensive. The service is not good but provides good medicine such as treatment at the hospital, what's so hard about providing generic medicine. No more treatment here. For those who want treatment, think about it first if you want to come here. The doctor was not active to ask whether there was a drug allergy or not even though it was important.
