mungkin krn pake bpjs jd pelayanan seenak nya..
At the cashier/registration section, less friendly, rude, slow,
maybe it's because using bpjs is the best service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kapok berobat disini lagi padahal saya bayar gk pake BPJS tp knp pelayanan nya mengecewakan dr dokter nya gk ramah jutek dan sok belagu kita sudah coba ramah tp sikap nya seperti itu,biaya nya mahal dan sampe skr anak saya bukan nya sembuh malah makin parah.
I'm tired of getting treatment here again even though I didn't pay using BPJS, but why is the service disappointing, the doctor is not friendly and arrogant, we have tried to be friendly but the attitude is like that, the cost is expensive and until now my child is not recovering, it's even worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very not recommended. The place and facility are not proper at all for anyone who would like to go to doctor. Very noisy because they are under construction. I know it's not for permanent but could you please do the construction when the clinic were closed?
And if you don't buy the medicine in the clinic they don't want to give you the doctor's statement letter to take rest. So for me it's like forcing you to buy medicine there. Even I have explained that I would like to buy medicine in other pharma store since I have insurance in other pharma store, and the recipe and letter not given by the doctor, it's written by the cashier.
For me, I never would like to go to this clinic anymore.
