datang jam 08.30 an masukin motor tanya ke masnya yg jaga antri 5 motor, oke, akhirnya motor sya tinggal krna sya ada kerjaan di rumah. siangnya sya samperin ke bengkel lagi ternyata motor sya belum di apa-apain malah di motor di tempel kertas dengan tulisan antrian nmr 10/terakhir. gimana sih sudah dtg pagi antri 5 motor. 6 plus motor sya kok tiba² motor sya jdi nmr 10 antriannya. klau bikin antrian yg bener boss sesuai dgn siapa yg dtg duluan dan di tangani duluan biar pelanggan gak kecewa!! jgn mentang² motor di tinggal orgnya trs motor yg dtg belakangan ada orgnya malah di duluin!!
very disappointing service !!
I arrived at 8:30 and entered the motorbike asking to the man who guarded the 5 motorcycles, okay, finally my motorbike stayed because there was work at home. In the afternoon, I arrived at the garage again, it turned out that the motorbike had not been on anything, but in the motorbike, the paper was pasted with the letter 10 / last queue. how come I'm already queuing up for 5 motorbikes in the morning. 6 plus the motorbike, how come all my motorcycles arrived at 10 queues. if you make a queue that is really the boss according to who is first and handled first so that the customer is not disappointed !! Doesn't the motorbike live there, the motorbike, which is later, there is even someone in it !!
