★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf bintang 2. Yang bagus cuma dokter doni aja yang praktik hari Rabu siang - Kamis. Selebihnya dokternya ketus semua. Terlebih yang dokter laki2, setengah baya pake kacamata yg praktik hari senin - rabu pagi. Kalau bisa jangan sakit pas hari senin - rabu pagi deh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kli ini berobat di klinik bpsj dpt perlakuan ga enak kya gini setidaknya klo emng sya ga dpt surat skt bisa bicara baik" klo pun bpjs cuma bisa melayani 1 penyakit saja bilang secara baik" krn sya pun bpjs byar bro ga gratis, hati" aja klo berobat ketemu sma dokter laki" berkacamata, botak kepala'y tutur bhasa'y tidak bisa lembut sma sekali. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk dan dokter tidak responsif terhadap keluhan pasien. Setuju dengan komentar yg lain, terutama dokter laki2 berkaca mata, berkepala botak. Jika tidak bisa melayani dengan baik, jangan menjadi dokter Pak.
Suami saya sudah berobat 3 kali, tidak ada perubahan u/ minta surat rujukan saja dipersulit. Tunggu suhu badan tinggi, padahal saat diperiksa suhu badan sudah 37,9. Helllooowww, sudah 5 hari loh demam tinggi. Minimal ada cek lab...
Very bad service and doctors are not responsive to patient complaints. Agree with other comments, especially male doctor with glasses, bald head. If you can't serve well, don't be a doctor sir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mulai dari staf (bukan suster) yang ngurus administrasi yang gak pake kerudung, kulit sawo matang dan badan agak berisi udah ketus ngomongnya. Ditambah dokter yang paruh baya pake kacamata dan kepala botak yang kalo nanganin pasien gak ada lembut2nya mulai dari perkataan sampai perlakuannya ke pasien. Pelayanan kesehatan dibawah standar.
Tolong kalo bisa diganti untuk staf dan dokternya supaya klinik lebih baik lagi kedepannya. Terima kasih
