★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaga mau kasih ? satu pun sebenernya. Cuma terpaksa,, karena gua mau kritik keras nih klinik. Pengelola, petugas, sekalian sama yang punya nya.
Pelayanan sangat buruk.
Petugas tidak ramah. Setiap berkunjung dan mengurus administrasi obat. Selalu tidak ada uang kembalian. Dan petugas pun tidak berusaha untuk mencari pecahan uang untuk kembalian tersebut. jadi kita harus mencari sendiri, ,
Selalu begitu. Apa administrasi di klinik ini harus pakai Debit , Dana , Ovo , atau yang lain nya?
Sehingga selalu tidak ada kembalian nya??????????

Very bad service.
Unfriendly staff. Every visit and take care of drug administration. Always no change. And the officers did not try to find the money for the change. So we have to find our own
It is always like that. Does the administration at this clinic have to use Debit, Dana, Ovo, or something else?
So there is always no change???????????
PLEASE IMPROVE THE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bagian pendaftaran kurang ramah, awalnya saya maklumi mungkin karna BPJS dan saya sudah terlanjur daftar BPJS pindah baru disitu untuk kontrol hamil karna klo mau pindah faskes harus nunggu 3 bln lagi . .Yg kontrol ke 3x baru di bagian daftar dan saya memang ada keluhan flek sedikit pagi itu sekali langsung di tolak disuruh USG di tempat lain tanpa ketemu bidan dan tanpa di cek. . Cari USG dadakan ga segampang itu mau di RS sekalipun. . Maksd saya di cek dlu kondisinya minimal cek jantung janin kek dikasih obat penguat kek. . . Dlu pengalaman anak pertama di bidan yg dlu ga gtu2 amat. .

The 3rd control was only in the list section and I did have a complaint of slight spots that morning, I was immediately rejected and told to do an ultrasound elsewhere without meeting the midwife and without being checked. . Looking for an impromptu ultrasound is not as easy as going to the hospital. . I mean, first check the condition, at least check the fetal heart, because I was given a booster medicine. . . In the past, the experience of the first child in the midwife was not very good. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo ada bintang 0 gue kasih bintang 0, dokternya engga banget deh sangat engga ramah, sakit hati gue liat ibu gue di bentak pake nada tinggi cuma karena ibu gue salah ngomong "Surat keterangan dokter" ibu gue nyebutnya "surat pernyataan dokter". Padahal cuma salah ngomong sedikit cuih, langsung dijawab pake nada tinggi sama dokternya "surat pernyataan maksudnya apa ibu ! Udah ngebentak Tetep gak dikasih skd pula, kalo gue gak lagi sakit gue marahin balik. Sayang kita cuma orang kecil gak bisa apa apa liat orang kaya sombong kaya gitu. Gabakal gue lupain, gak bakal gue berobat disini lagi !
If there are 0 stars, I will give 0 stars, the doctor is really not very friendly, it hurts me to see my mother being yelled at in a high tone just because my mother said wrong "doctor's certificate" my mother called it "doctor's statement". Even though I just said a little wrong, the doctor immediately answered in a high tone "What does the statement mean, Mom! You've been yelling. Still not given a SKD anyway, if I'm no longer sick I'll get angry back. It's a shame we're just small people and can't do anything to see rich people arrogant like that. I will never forget, I will not seek treatment here again!
