They told me my iPhone was ‘unfixable’
And that I had a damaged ‘chip’ even though the phone was still receiving notifications..
Took my phone upstairs and got it fixed in an hour.
I’ve filed an official notice to Apple to review their service / resell authorization.
DO NOT COME HERE !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP. I gave them my MacBook Pro a week ago. I could not contact them to check on the status today (the phone number would not go through) so I went to the shop in Ratu Plaza. The staff told me that my laptop had not been diagnosed yet because of a day off work. It’s been a week. Then they told me that they have up 30 days to make the diagnostic. At this point I asked for my computer back as I don’t have the time to wait 30 days for a diagnostic and then up to 3 months for a repair. I never ever agreed on the 30 days to get a diagnostic. So I asked for my MacBook back and now they won’t release it to me without me paying the 250,000 rp diagnostic fee for diagnostic work which they HAVE NOT done. Absolute BS. When I refused they hand-wrote an estimate price of 9,990,000 on my ticket number. Thieves and liars. They won’t give me any information to call the shop owner. I signed a paper when I brought it in a week ago saying I would pay the 250,000 for the diagnostic fee wether or not I choose them to repair my MacBook or not but the issue is they HAVE NOT done the diagnostic yet. They’ve done NOTHING to my computer except let it sit somewhere on a shelf. Now they make me wait for two hours while they rush through a diagnostic. After 2 hours still nothing. I’m leaving. I want my MacBook back. And I want a manager to call me. I want a response to this from the owner or a top manager. This is downright ugly.
DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES.
APPLE NEEDS TO DELETE THEM FROM THEIR CERTIFIED SERVICE CENTERS.

My ipad cannot read simcard. The staff in receptionist desk asked me the simcard from my mobile phone to be tested in my ipad to check network connectivity. She ended up made my simcard got stucked in ipad. She asked the help of technician to take out the stucked simcard, but the technician aggressively said this kind of problem cannot be handled in this store. The girl that made my simcard stucked pretended that it was not her fault and said that I should go to common repair store on 3rd floor, she said that : at the end of the day the ic card should be replaced, and the stucked simcard can be taken out at the same time when ic card replaced.
So they do not help to solve the problem, but adding more problems to my ipad!!!
I went to the 3rd floor repair store. Taking out the simcard turned out to pay 350k idr. Crazy. I think that they work together to trap people. I left without asking for their service and plan to request new simcard in Grapari. I plan to use wifi on my ipad for internet connection and left the stucked simcard inside, rather than being fooled by them.
Dear Apple, this store is located in strategic area-easy to be reached by public transport(MRT, transjakarta). Please select competent staffs and staffs that eager to work. Kick out lazy, incompetent and inscrupulous persons.
I came to this store as suggested by Apple Store in Pacific Place.
Previously they told me to go to the service center in Mall Taman Anggrek, but then indicated this place as the closest place in Sudirman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhelpful. Unreasonable and illogical explanation. To change the battery only, I must give my MacBook for them to keep for 2 months, and the price is incredibly unbelievable…. I can buy a new iPhone for that price of battery change. Crazy!
