Batre macbook air yang kembung udah dapet gantinya, tokcer dari Oktober 2018 (sekarang Feb 2019).
Januari ganti batre iphone yang mulai drop.
Harga oke, servis oke dan ramah, sangat-sangat rekomended ??

The bloated macbook air batre has been replaced instead, starting from October 2018 (now Feb 2019).
January replace the iPhone battery that starts dropping.
Price is okay, service is okay and friendly, very very recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ drop macbook per 16 jan 2021, butuh sekitar 3 hari untuk pengecekan, tapi bla bla bla gak ada kabar akhirnya samperin ke storenya langsung ternyata harus service logic board atau apalah itu, jadi butuh waktu lagi, infonya sih kalau gak salah dua minggu kerja yah. terus gak dikabarin, jadi inisiatif tanya terus terusan dan kurang lebih sebulan kemudian, dikasih info harus beli chipset dulu (indent 3 minggu). oke saya tunggu. udh tiga minggu gak ada kabar juga, akhir maret saya tanya lagi, daaan gak ada kabar yang jelas. tanyaaa lagi dan lagi sampe sepertinya nomer saya diblock yah (no pict macstore dan wa hanya centrang 1, tapi test pake nomer lain ada pict dan centrang 2, helaaaaawww saya customer loh yaaa tapi kok diblock). Singkat cerita, akhirnya disamperin ke toko langsung per 6 april 2021, dannnnn ternyata gak bisa dibenerin.
Sebagai saran yah untuk macstore, semoga ini gak kejadian lagi utk customer lain, kalau memang tidak bisa diservice atau ada update info, mohon sekiranya bisa diinfo ke customer. Jangan sampe ini udh hampir 3 bulan, yaa walaupun ujungnya gak bisa diservice yang jadi masalahnya tuh ditanyain ke adminnya juga gak ada kabar yg jelas dan bahkan nomer saya diblock hahahaha. saya wa juga gak tiap jam tiap hari loh, saya cuman tanya setelah tanggal yg dijanjikan, nanyanya juga udh lewat tanggal janji loh yaaaa..
yaaa kalo memang mundur dari tanggal yg dijanjikan, yaaa diupdate ajaa mbaaae. saya terima aja kok, yang penting di update progressnya.
aselik kecewa banget sama pelayanannya..

Dropped the macbook per 16 January 2021, it took about 3 days to check, but blah blah blah no news, finally I got to the store right away, it turned out to have to service logic board or whatever, so it takes more time, if I'm not mistaken it's two weeks of work. I was not informed, so the initiative kept asking questions and about a month later, I was told that I had to buy a chipset first (indent 3 weeks). Okay, I will wait. It's been three weeks there's no news either, at the end of March I asked again, there's no clear news. I asked again and again until it seemed like my number was blocked (no pict macstore and wa only tick 1, but the test using another number was pict and check 2, helaaaaawww, I'm a customer, but how come it's blocked). Long story short, finally it was sent to the store directly as of April 6, 2021, and it turned out that it couldn't be done.
As a suggestion for Macstore, hopefully this won't happen again for other customers, if it can't be serviced or there is an update, please tell the customer if you can. Don't get to this, it's been almost 3 months, yes, even though it can't be serviced, the problem is that I asked the admin for no clear news and even my number was blocked hahahaha. I wa also not every hour of the day, I just ask after the promised date, the question is also past the appointment date, yeah ...
yeah, if it's backwards from the date promised, just update it, mbaaae. I just accept it, what's important is the progress update.
