★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been 3 times here and honestly the last two was disappointing. First time here, ordered Tokyo wagyu medallion I guess (?) and they delivered it perfectly as I requested: medium rare. A few months ago, went here again and I ordered sirloin steak in medium and they gave me well done, too chewy to eat. And for the second time, today, ordered medium rare grass fed rib eye and they gave me medium.
I knew it wasn't the doneness I ordered, and the waitress has asked me if this was right but I was thinking that I would not usually leave my steak uneaten (coz I know it's a waste) but for this time I just couldn't finish it because of the disappointment.. Sorry. Would not recommend this particular restaurant branch. Better go somewhere else if you are a steak lover. I believe there are other places much better than this within this price range

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a brilliant experience. Affordable price, wide variety of menu items, and attentive, polite staff. The food came out quickly and is delicious. I came at about 1pm and there's not a lot of ppl dining, so it was pretty calming. Really appreciate the Wednesday fries promo too ✨

Tried their other "holycow" with the signature round black hotplate without the "hot" great place for quick lunch in pesona Square compare to other eatery in the area. Great steak with great doneness. Something to look for in a steak place. Everything is delish and nice
