★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nanya soal promo sesuai yang instagram katanya ngak ada lalu harga lebih murah via online. Disaranin beli online nanti pilih pick up di pesona square eh udah sukses tinggal pick up katanya ngak bisa data belum masuk ke sistem dan di suruh balik lagi besok. Pelayanannya juga ngak ramah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sorry to say tapi pelayanannya ngga banget, tadi saya kesana sama orang tua saya. Ada beberapa staff yang sedang sibuk melayani customer lain tetapi ada salah satu staff yang benar benar tidak sedang melayani customer , tetapi di saat saya datang sama sekali tidak di layani. Even just asking me mau beli apa aja ngga. Terus sehabis saya ada cust lagi datang dan dia benar benar lewatin saya dan orang tua saya terus melayani cust lain yang baru datang.
sorry to say but the service is not really, I was there with my parents. There are some staff who are busy serving other customers, but there is one staff who is really not serving customers, but when I arrived, they were not served at all. Even just asking me what to buy or not. Then after I had another customer, he came and he really passed me and my parents continued to serve other customers who had just arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah si pelayanan nya.. pada jutek2 banget... Mana sistem nya error disuruh nunggu sampe 4 jam... Belum juga.. dan akhirnya ga jadi beli Karna kelamaan nunggu.. sampe rumah baru dikabarin kalau sudah bisa.. parah banget lah.. kecewa.. ga akan kesana lagi..
The service is bad.. it's really jutek2... Where is the system error told to wait up to 4 hours... Not yet.. and in the end I didn't buy it Because I waited too long. .. disappointed.. won't be going there again..

She attentively greeted me first before I asked any questions. She answered all of my questions briefly, patiently and clearly. She's really worth to get promoted to the higher positions.
