★ ★ ★ ★ ★ soto kudusnya enak kok, cm kurang garan sedikit. perkedelnya besar, sate puyuhnya enak. pokonya untuk soto kudus akan repeat order. tapi kalo untuk bacemannya menurut saya agak kurang. kadang gini nih ‘penyakit’nya Depok, tahu sama tempenya banyak yg kurang enak. mungkin bisa cari supplier tahu tempe lain ? sayang aja soalnya sebenernya tampak luar bacemannya udah meyakinkan, tapi kalo dasar tahu dan tempenya udah kurang enak jadi sama aja
The holy soto is really good, it's just a little less salty. the cakes are big, the quail satay is delicious. The point for Soto Kudus will be repeat orders. but for the reading, I think it's a bit lacking. Sometimes this is Depok's 'disease', you know that there are a lot of tempeh that are not tasty. maybe you can find another supplier of tofu and tempeh it's a shame because it looks really good on the outside, the taste is convincing, but if the tofu and tempeh base is not good enough, it's the same
