★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended local food from Central Java. Popular among local people in Jakarta. Food to try: Soto Kudus Blok for sure, Nasi Rames & Lumpia Semarang Goreng. Not recommended: fried stuffs & Sate Puyuh because those 2 plates have moved around before you come and don't look appetizing. This place is ok just to try to kill your curiosity :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soto Kudus H. Ahmad Dahlan is always unique and by far the best. Delicious soto for a low price. You'll leave the place with a commitment to come back. Just remember, it's cash only. I recommend otak telur and limpa, ati rempela in addition to the mouth-watering soto.

Really a comfort food for me, a place to go whenever I got really hungry and in need of fast-delicious-healthy food. Hoping to be loyal customer until I grow grey (already old now, but not grey yet)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be my favorite soto kudus. Now it’s just okay, i can only taste the sweet flavor, i think it needs pinch of salt, lime and sambal to make it better and balance.
Still small portion. With an add on you can choose such as kerang, telor puyuh, paru, limpa etc. The bean sprout is taking over the small bowl, it’s too much. Need more slice of chicken on it, please ?.
Price gradually increasing too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portion is too small and too pricey. Too much bean sprouts. Soto taste is away to average. Sate kerang (scallop satay) is too sweet. They dont serve hot drink in ppkm.
