★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantin yg sangat sederhana, restorannya hanya di garasi yg disulap jadi tempat makan. Dikelola oleh sepasang suami istri pensiunan. Klo sy tebak, kalau agak ramai mungkin bisa agak lama keluar makanannya. Beruntung pas sy datang cuma sy tamu nya.
Soto kudus nya dari segi topping , porsinya mungkin kurang banyak , tapi cukuplah jadi ga terlalu kenyang juga. Rasanya ringan dan enak. Lumpia semarang nya juga enak dengan bawang kecil (ga tau namanya), timun acar dan saus kenthel. Lumpianya kalau di tawarin jangan pesen 1 nanti om nya protes "2 aja ya biar sy ga sayang minyak untuk gorengnya" dgn logat jawa. this literally made me smile ?
Tempatnya ga ada kipas angin jadi bisa aga panas kalo siang2 tengah hari. Despite all the shortcomings, if you like soto kudus & lumpia, you should give this place a try. If not for the taste, the warm welcome, from the flat face om pensiunan ?? might attract your heart to comeback for second serving.
Oh and did I mention the price wont make you rob a bank ? ?
A very simple canteen, the restaurant is only in a garage which is transformed into a place to eat. Managed by a retired husband and wife. If I guessed, if it's a bit crowded it might take a while for the food to come out. Luckily when I came, I was the only guest.
In terms of toppings, Soto Suci, the portion may not be that much, but it's enough so it's not too full either. The taste is light and delicious. The spring rolls are also delicious with small onions (don't know the name), pickled cucumber and kenthel sauce. The lump is if you offer it, don't order 1, the uncle protests "2, so I don't love the oil for frying" with a Javanese accent. this literally made me smile ?
The place has no fan so it can get hot in the middle of the day. Despite all the shortcomings, if you like Soto Suci & Spring Rolls, you should give this place a try. If not for the taste, the warm welcome, from the flat face om pensiunan ?? might attract your heart to comeback for second serving.
