★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soto Karang is rather different from "usual" soto in Solo . In "usual" soto , the meat that was served is more pure meat , whereas in soto Karang , the meat (cow meat) that was served is still with its cut-bones , so it resembles to ox- tail soup , also its taste . Nevertheless , the taste is OK , good ! ! ??
