Soto betawi is Jakarta traditional soup with mixed beef and milk broth. In this place they also add chili oil that make it hot n spicy.
You can order meat only or mixed. In mixed type they will add beef intestines, tripe and lung. All has been fried, served in little chunks
Finally it is garnished with emping crackers and shredded green onion.
The taste is good as always. However I notice a.decline in the soup thickness.
Priced at 75 thousand including white rice it commands premium for similar food.
The place has been renovated, it ia brighter and cleaner. However A/C is not exist so you will be sweaty after eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another style of soto betawi..i think the restaurant is quite old. The soup is already spicy before you add sambal, you can tell from the red colour. Plenty of beef meat and tou can also have another part of beef. Taste good but pricey. 75k rupiahs for each bowl and very limited parking space. Only serve for a half day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste so great! the real soto betawi with the taste and situation. They open from 8am-1.30pm, sunday is closed. Unfortunately, the parking area is limited. For a bowl of Soto betawi you will charge for 75K. For me, it’s worth due to the portion is quite big. Oh, for the rice portion on this picture is half portion than normal yaa.
For the store position is on your left from Pondok Indah’s traffic light side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food. Original taste. But small parking lot. And a too pricey compared with other similar food. Soto and white rice cost 80.000 rupiah for 1 portion. It seems this place has been there for generations, and the customers are quite loyal.
